Details of this site to be updated to include camper vans and caravans. It is an excellent site with many free amenities including an outdoor heated pool and even this time of year (November/December) is really warm, goto the website to get more updated info on this site. 5 stars do not do it enough credit, I would go to 10 on this

Doesn't matter how good the location is if there is terrible to no service. Everytime I asked for something, the staff had no idea what I was talking about because none of them spoke English. Only one enough to pay. Then when I asked if the laundry was free she said yes but it wasn't.
Not only was I attacked/bitten by the dog that the groundskeeper has with him everyday, and he did nothing and didn't ask if I was okay. When I went to reception to complain, the lady didn't speak English. That was okay because I had a translator on my phone. I told her and she continued to talk to me in German and stare at me blankly and uncaring. When I typed that she could talk to me in German on my phone and that it would be translated, she just pushed ny phone back at me and again spoke angrily in German. She showed absolutely no want to
help me in any way.
Facilities were good (even though you have to pay extra for everything) but the unkind people left a sour taste in my mouth. Would not recommend.response / report this review -

We were 5 persons, staying in one of the chalets for three nights. In general very friendly and hassle free service. The chalet was fine and had most of the things we needed, accompanied with a very nice view to the mountains. Only downsides were the thin walls in the chalet, which made it quite noisy, and noise from the nearby road.

If the pitches were larger this would get 5 stars. Incredible washing facilities. Staff spoke limited English but much better than my German. Nice restaurant on site. Need rock pegs to pin down awning / tents as ground very hard despite recent rain. Only have gravel pitches for motorhomes - not great when sleeping in additional tent.

Really good value, free showers and fairly cheap laundry. Beautiful setting and great staff. Restaurant was pretty good and well worth the money and everything Is pretty much spotless. Great base for those wanting to hike up to the eagles nest which is situated directly behind. Highly rated.

Nice campsite with good view and nice swimmingpool. Fast free wifi on the pitches. Good and clean facilities. Nice bar and restaurant. Friendly staff.

Pittoresk location. Friendly personnel but be sure to not be in a hurry when checking out our ordering at restaurant. Five stars for the new house but three for locality around the pool.
