  The customer service sucks at Audi center vaihingen . They clearly judge you of how you speak and the color of your skin . The ladies in the front are extremely rude. You will be sitting there they will offer all white people something to drink but because you look certain way they will either skip you and pretend to ask you after they offer all there people something to drink . When it come to VAT forms they say they take them but 90% they do not know how they are used . They will give you such a hard time to tell you that they are not trained to use VAT forms . My question is why say we do take VAT forms to just give me a hard time ? As a customer I pay a lot of money and I wish to be treated as such . I bring my vehicle not because of convenience but because I value Audi and I know I will be taken care off . They will speak German thinking you do not understand . So sad

  Recently got a second hand Audi Q5 from Robert Kuhnle, a sales consultant there. He has been very helpful and kind. If you are looking for an Audi in Germany but can't just trust dodgy dealers and private sellers, he could be the one you are seeking. Especially if you are not a car expert and are unfamiliar with German "car" system (e.g. registration process and other regulations), he could be of great help. He also speaks fluent English, which was huge for me. Overall, I am quite happy with the service and the car. Highly recommended!
