I was there for the brunch-buffet which was quite nice but they had no sweet spreads, like jam or Nutella (at least i couldn't find any), the staff was nice and the rest of the food was nice.

Rooms are practical and very clean
Dinner buffet is ok but nothing special
If you come a little later some dishes are not refilled. Mini bar was empty, but drinks are available in lobby. No safe in the room.

The subway station as well as the zoo is only 5 min away and from there (subway) it only takes 15 min to reach downtown. The hotel itself is nice. Nothing fancy but enough comfort to feel good. The "all you can" buffet is great.
