Rooms are good. Remote of tv missing battery cover and couldn’t switch tv off, used manual switch. Breakfast well organized. Dinner bit expensive for German standards. Bottled water very expensive in room. Gym was a very big disappointment, nearly no equipment and no proper cardio equipment. Swimming pool and whole gym area dated, towels very few, basement atmosphere. Remodeling should be considered.

Lovely hotel with great rooms. Had free WiFi for 24 hours, but it stayed on for my whole 2 nights stay. The beds we're comfy and bathroom was clean. No problems with my stay.

The locality around the hotel is just beautiful and peaceful. It is around residential area. The hotel overall is okay with smaller rooms and not so great ones but it's a basic room.

Terrible service. Arrived late evening without a booking voucher (I did have booking confirmation, ID, card on which payment was made on, proof of payment) which had been wrongly addressed and staff at first did not let me check into my room at all. Had to buy the room at double of what I had already paid. Absolutely zero understanding from hotel staff.
Receptionist was furthermore generally unfriendly, no pleasantries, simply turned around and went away after handing over the room key.

Rooms alright but definitely not nice, dirty in places, stained carpet, bathroom outdated. Breakfast okay, decent selection but even at 6.30 when breakfast first gets served not hot anymore.

Security staff very helpful and understanding. Confirmed that evening receptionist was (literally) useless. Will definitely not stay here again and do not recommend at all.

Awful!!!
1. Noisy central heating. I couldn't sleep well
2. Dirty stuff. Curtain in bathroom are with smith yellow
3. Holes in the bed
4. Finally I found men's pants beside the heater
5. They charged 60-70 eur more than the room price for 6 nights ~800 eur without informing me
6. To iron your t-shirt you have to pass to the next building via reception!!!
It's ok if you have 1 or 2 stars. But 4??? Where from?

Nice place, good place to hold a speech. Be careful, the restrooms have those really gross Dyson airblade things that are never really clean and blow dirty water in your face when you use them.

Had a good stay here, standard room but perfectly Ok. AC and Windows that fully open (which I always consider a plus). The exterior not too charming, but inside is good. All clean and very friendly staff, will likely return.

Worst hotel experience I have had in years. The room smelled like smoke (there is only non-smoking rooms). The lamp over the bed broke and scalding hot piece of metal feel on me. Staff was a little rude.

And my god! It was the absolute worst hotel food I have ever had. I know not to expect much from food in a hotel, but my hamburger was almost inedible, the breakfast was gross, and the goulash was scary. Whatever you do. Don't eat at the hotel mind you there really isn't many options near by.
