This hotel had been such a treat to stay at. The staff are lovely, the rooms are plush and breakfast is awesome. I was not expecting such a great spread from fruits, pastries and some cooked treats. Being right on Old Town Square has been really convenient for us meaning we can pop back whenever we need to, but watch out it does get busy round there. I've never stayed anywhere fancy before but I definitely would stay here again.

Great Hotel, nice helpful personal! Clean and large nice rooms! In the Middletown of Prague with the Old Town Square almost in front of the hotel!

Great location very kind staff and the breakfast dining room is beautiful old style. Only problem is parking your car: a valet is taking your car and it takes 20-30 minutes to have it back. Very unpleasant if you need your car several time a day.

We had an amazing stay at the Ventana. It is so perfectly placed for the center of Prague. We had a beautiful ensuite room with views of the ancient cathedral.
We were there off season so we got very good room rates.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
A real pleasure.

Amazing hotel. We stayed in a duplex room with the mezzanine bedroom with four poster proving an amazing view over the rooftops - very Moulin Rouge (the film) feel.

One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! Lovely and welcoming staff, awesome rooms in a historic building and a perfect location. Would recommend it to everybody!
