Hotel Tyl is a Simple hotel with nice breakfast but with excellent location. Multiple Tram station is next to hotel which will give you great choice of seeing Prague on your own. From Airport itself you can take whole day pass - which cheapest - at the airport is Train station which will drop you to a nearby station - very close by - 5/7minute walk to the hotel. Wencesla square is walkable from Hotel. Great evening time to walk around. Don't exchange currency at airport (do only as much is required for your day pass). Rest exchange you can do at money changer close to hotel at great exchange rates - in local Prague currency.

Nice hotel. Room and bathroom is nice, but the street is well hearable. Furniture is nice. Breakfast is not special, but ok. Just the coffee is not the greatest. Television has nearly just local programs. So the offered foreign channels are not there. WiFi is there but sometimes very slow and sucks. Parking is difficult on the street.

I stayed there for 2 nights with family. The location is very good. Easy access to train and tram. Plenty of places to eat or drink. Indian food also in visinity.

The hotel reception is good, people are very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was old look of the hotel, carpet looks old. There is no lunch or dinner facility at the hotel. Only breakfast is there which has less vegetarian options, but it is nice and simple.

This hotel shouldn't have 4 stars ! Every piece of furniture was damaged, carpet dirty. Staff very odd. "Double bed" was just two single beds put together that came apart every few minutes, with headboard falling on our heads. Foam rubber instead of proper mattress. Breakfast ok and location great, but not worth the money.

Showers are Very weird. Beautiful rooms. The nearest garage os very Far. Breakfast ok, simple.

Good hotel, clean, with everything what you need. Not so kind in the reception (bad mood) during the afternoon. The breakfast was okay but could be better. Its a nice hotel. I recommend it.

Having stayed in quite a few hotels in Prague over the past 12 years I am used to the comfortable but basic quality of hotels here. Hotel Tyl was well located for public transport, the room was clean but dated. Breakfast wasn't very exciting But for the price it was good value.

Nice little hotel with very reasonable rates. Room was clean and spacious and the front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly when I stayed. Location is good with a bit of a walk to the old town/train station and faster access using the metro. Would stay again.
