Booked an 1-hour tour for a group of 16 people, the company was nice enough to give us a group discount. The boat tour itself was amazing and gave us stunning views of the city, especially since we got to see the sun set. Also, you can get drinks and something to eat at a good price.

I was sadly a little disappointed. The ship was old and a little grubby, the atmosphere reminded more of an old dining hall rather than a cruise ship and the food was just bad, sorry. Most dishes were cold and very basic. The centerpiece, the ham, was not sliced so after a few people had a go at it it looked like an exploded carcass. Also about 1/3 of the people didn't get any meat as a result of the first in the queue piling their plates sky high. Advertised as 'a dinner cruise with Czech and international cuisine', it really let us down, especially considering the high price, even for Prague. For that money they could do better. Basically it's a tourist rip off which makes me ashamed for the Czech people. However the views were spectacular and it lasted 3 hours so we could really enjoy the time looking out the windows. Therefore 3 stars (food deserves probably not even one).

Such a calm and relaxing dinner cruise. The food wasn't "out of this world" but it was still great for the price. The servers were quite unorganized, we waited almost 20 minutes before we were ever greeted at the table and able to put in our drink order, however once we ordered a bottle of wine, we recieved constant service.. Which was a bit strange. However, I would still recommend to go experience this dinner cruise!

Reasonably priced.
Left on time.
Got the full hour.
Drinks and food were reasonable (with a veggie option).
If you want to just go on a boat and see the city from the river its great.
If you want a deeply informative, serious tour, this is probably not for you, but maybe they have more options so speak to the staff! :)response / report this review -

We did the Devil's Canal tour. The trip was punctual. The boat was a small one, much smaller than the other routes' boats. However that didn't make the trip any less interesting. Marek was our boat driver and guide, explaining the major sights along the river, such a nice and funny guy! And also due to the small number of people in the boat he was also able to answer our questions about the buildings. Thank you and success always!

Comunication by email very easy and quick. I asked for boat elecric wheelchair accessible as on website they advertise a new built pier barrier-free. Everything seemed fine until we came there and found out there is a step to get to the pier and steps from the pier to the boat so be careful its not barrier free you can get there but you need help. They didn´t have a ramp but I pushed them to figure out something so they took a lid of bellow deck and used it. It wasn´t easy but we manage to get my friend on the boat. They have disabled toilet but it was out of use and they used it as a storage. The boat is very nice and modern, the staff was helpful, we had a good time. They need to make some changes and it will be really good.

Good service. We got one hour cruising (12 €) at Vltava and there wasn't so much to see. Only thing was that you could take a photo about Carl's bridge from the side. Maybe it would be better when it's dark and city lights are on.. You can take babystrollers with you!

Short version: Just go for a walk instead.
The boat looks like a floating cantina and is not charming at all. We were shown a double-deck boat when we bought the ticket, but it was a single-deck boat with glass window and roof instead.
There is no guide or any explanations as to what you're seeing while sailing. You get a poorly drawn map which you have to pay very close attention to or you'll soon lose track of which bridge you just sailed under. Many of the buildings on the map weren't even visible from the boat. The windows were dirty, making it impossible to take any good pictures of the scenery. Speaking of scenery, forty minutes in total was spent on waiting in the canal between tall brick walls - not exactly what we thought we were paying for when buying tickets for a two-hour boat trip.
The music was solely bad cover tracks playing loudly throughout the entire trip. By the time we reached shore again, people were standing in line to get off the boat. Can't recommend this trip to anyone with functioning legs. Go for a walk instead and enjoy cheaper beer, clear view, less waiting and NO bad music.response / report this review -

One of the worst cruise we had. There was no commentary. The crew was horrible and had difficulty speaking English . No food or refreshments available on board as advertised. The 2 hours cruise we had appeared to be a torture if we compare the comfort and relaxation that are usually available in other tours. Absolutely disgusting.

All we wanted was to ride along the river and see the sights at night and that's exactly what we got for €11 and a 50 minute boat ride. Nothing glamorous, but gets the job done. It was a good addition to an itinerary that was full of walking and seeing Prague by foot.
