Bad customer service. Very bad service in the counter, the lady who was working in the Eurolines counter was yelled to mefor no reason. I hope she is going to be on tranning how to talk with customers.

Always late and I mean always !! Right now sitting in a god damn Eurolines bus and gonna arrive maybe 5 hours later than I supposed to do. And the journey usually takes only 4 hours. Also there is never a correct information about where to take the bus. I'm suprised that I have wifi this time. At least sth but it's definitely the last I'm taking a ride with this company. There's so many other ones
