First of all, the boarding was not well-organised. Personnel was not able to advise a proper boat to a group of German tourists. We all were waiting on a narrow and dark wooden stairs for five minutes being next to them. And then we spent the whole 45 minutes of the trip floating between two bridges on a very low speed. Vltava is long and beautiful. But they showed just 800 meters of it. Very disappointed.

Great 45minutes boat ride. It is right below charles bridge, so it is good to take a break with this boat ride. Got a free museum ticket with the boat ride, but the museum is rather small and can finish it in less than 30minutes.
Captain spoke in English and German and interacted with us very well. She didn't just let the audio-guide play but went the extra mile to further describe and show us pictures. Kudos to her !
The sales people selling the tickets are rather pushy and rude. They will shout at you in public !

Trip does not match that described by the Street vendors selling tickets. Trip is short and not available in all languages described. Disorganised boarding process.

Tour boat was great, however I find the price too high. The story surrounding history in several languages make this tour accessible to most tourists.
