I have made many bookings with them, and it has always worked well. The drivers speak excellent English and always meet their customers in, for example, the airport. Nice clean cars, usually order Mercedes E class. Five stars in rating.

Really easy to book. Great service; the driver was waiting in arrivals when we walked out. Car 2 minutes from there. Beautiful S Class with heated rear massage seats. My only gripe is that the driver had really bad body odour. The car smelt, it was pungent and lingered in the air. We booked a return trip whilst we were there because the service was so great and we thought we would get a different driver for the return as they're such a big company unfortunately for us we had the same driver, same smell at 8am in the morning. I nearly gave 3*s as the smell is still with me, but the service pushed me to give you 4.

Excellent and reliable service. My small child got sick in the car and, although we repeatedly insisted we pay extra for the cleaning costs, the driver refused to take the extra money. Prices seem in line with the other companies, and in fact more affordable than what is quoted by the shuttles that work with the central Prague hotels. They also provide a child seat free of charge and make it very easy to book one using the online form. We used them 3 times over the course of a week, and experienced courteous, professional drivers with every ride. I highly recommend using them.

Reliable, prompt, and effective. No problems. Waiting for us at airport when we arrived with sign. We were able to pay online so didn't need CZK from the airport.

Amazing service. I didn't compare prices, but the van was clean, the drivers were polite and spoke English very well.

The company was very communicative both trough email and the website interface.

Shortly: Extremely unprofessional and UNRELIABLE. The car didn't arrive and Nobody notified me in advance.

I booked a limo from them after I had paid everything they called me and said that the limo got broken and I have to pay additionally for another limo which is more expensive That was 3 days before the booking date.
Pretty much they asked me to pay for their failure..
I agreed since there was just 3 days left and I hardly had any other options Paid them what they wanted to.
On the agreed date and time nobody came to pick us up and nobody called me. It turns out there has been some problem with the other limo, too but nobody informed me about that.
My personal opinion: STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Excellent all round service, our flight was slightly delayed, the drivers were there waiting for us (always provide them your flight number), cars were good, clean and tidy, mini van + car, drivers were polite and helpful. Price was reasonable for 9 of us in 2 vehicles, we gave a generous tip because the reliable service is well worth it. Return trip in rush hour had us back to the airport on time. We'll definitely use again on our next visit.

Great experience. Driver came 15mins early and waited outside for 4.30am pickup. Price is a little higher but I'd pay for their reliability. Car is clean and driver is good.

Must be 5-start rating. I ordered the transfer to Prague airport from the city center at 4am on Sunday morning. Me and my mother were worried and confused if it comes or not. But the driver even came at 3:55 am. Normal price, no charge for early weekend, formal suit-up, safe trip to the airport, friendly driver. We could not ask for more. We were so happy about that. Strongly recommended!
