Really nice building with a lot of character.
Super friendly staff who stayed up late fory 10pm check in
A few maintenance things could be be addressed like leaking showers / gaps in tiles but not fussed given the building is 500 years old.
WiFi didn't connect in my room at all
Breakfast had a good selection but the quality of the ingredients used in Juices / Sausages could be improved.

Nice and cozy hotel. The building itself is remarkably ancient and solid. Our room was decorated all in wood a-la old tavern.
There were no place to just sit a rest in the room. Only a small wooden stool and a little table. A bit frustrating.
A guest should take into account, that late arrivals (after 21:00) a payed extra.response / report this review -

We spent there 2 nights this weekend and it was a very pleasant stay. The reception lady Ivana went extra mile for us, thank you :) Our room was stylish, clean and spacy, there was as well bathtube in our sleeping room - special :) Breakfast was all we needed, nice coffee, water melon and all you can imagine. This hotel is situated in the city center so it is the best spot for sightseeing. We can highly recommend!

This place was beautiful, it was sooo clean and the service was amazing. We stayed in room 14 and it was completely relaxing. Also there is a wonderful buffet breakfast included with the room, with homemade strudels, veggies, yogurt, meats and fruit. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel!!!
Only note is this was not accessible for people with physical handicaps in which you struggle with stairs and secondly I don't recommend this particular room if you're a large person, due to the slanted ceiling.response / report this review -

很古老的房間，但很乾淨，彷彿回到中世紀，因為行李多，接待人員很貼心，換了較低樓層的房間。特約停車場在城外，到了才知道，必須先到遊客中心買停車劵，再去停車。
