I was going to leave a really positive review. But end up with 2 stars. The aquapark is "open" till 10pm but they start shutting everything down at 9 and basically pushing people to leave the place early. The slides in kids area were closed at 9 already. And at 9.30pm nothing was working already. Staff at reception are nice and friendly, but guards inside - a real disaster. Rude, not caring, don't speak any foreign languages and find this fact very funny. Also I'd say the place is overpriced.

Ighly overpriced. You have to pay 800 on an entrance and than separately pay 200 if you want to use sauna. They don't provide towels, you have to pay if you need one. Food is as bad as it gets but the service is even worse. All-around terrible experience.

This is the nice aquapark with many attractions for kids, good saunas and indoor/outdoor pools but quality of the restaurant could be improved - it is too boring for Prague ;)

The pool's slides and Sauna are great! I have stayed before and the hotel was fine, honestly I think the breakfast is good where others have complained But on this trip, my room is as hot as a Sauna. It is really Hot, I keep calling the Reception and they just tell me it's too cool outside so the AC is off. I have called 3 times and they refuse to send someone up! The hallway is a nice temp, the rest of the hotel is fine, but my room is 10 deg hotter and very HUMID! now while writing this they finally came up (it's been 45 min and I want to go down to the facilities) he walks in and immediately realizes it's super hot in the room and says to open the window.. I said sure but it only opens a tiny crack.. so he uses a key and opens it all the way. WOW what a difference but if they would have sent someone up in the beginning instead of just dismissing me then I would not have had to post this! That being said.. let me again say that until this I have been thoroughly happy with staying here. Best way ever to get over jet lag fast!

Great place to spend from 2 hours to the whole day. Hours of family freindly fun! Restaurant outside and inside the aquapark. Inside and outside aquapark. Many suprises and activities! It can be your first time or 100th time still as enjoyable as before

Good for free time activities, refreshment options are rather mediocre.

Good diversity of slides for an indoor aquapark, really nice spa zone in Roman stile, plenty of saunas there. Overall excellent place to go with kids. But It's crowded.
Works till late so choose out of peak hours to enjoy more.

The place is OK, the pricing is terrible. Food is crap, staff not paying attention, I would not call it clean place.

I loved this place, my wife found the pools slightly cold but enjoyed the hot tubs and water slides. The spa is OK, but is a nude spa which could be uncomfortable for some.
The outside area was chilly in October (no surprise!) but seemed ideal for summer.
Water slides aren't monitored by staff and feature a *lot* of water splashing into your face- if you don't like the sound of this its probably not for you!
