The hotel is quite nice and very hip. The staff is really slow. It took me over 30 minutes to get checked in. The bathroom door sign was a bit offensive.

Helpful & friendly staff. Clean & cozy facilities. Hot water pot in room for tea or coffee. Nice industrial-themed lounge. A block away from a Metro station & tram stops across the hotel (important, since tourist sites are not really accessible on foot.) No frills, but comfortable after a day's touristy adventures. Beer on tap right at the bar/information desk.

It's a great place to spend several nights. With a very flexible breakfast time schedule. The ammount of services available in this hotel is overwhelming. The price is reasonable and it's 20 min walking from the center of Prague, so you can get almost anywhere from there on foot or using the underground stop that is near the hotel. Cannot think of a better place to stay in Prague, even if there are a lot of fancy hotels in the city center I still would prefer this one.

Nice hotel with a centre concentrated bar, expensive to eat and drink here in comparison to eating and drinking out. Comfortable twin room with room service, great showering room and balcony to the back streets of Prague. Lifts and staircase, slate pool table, PlayStation etc. One can't help thinking that with all the periphery, maybe they could just keep a better eye on the finer details of hotel management.

Was there a few years ago when it was still fairly new to the area. Great Breakfast Buffet, Great place to dine! love that the reception area is the Bar! Super friendly and accomdating staff with great suggestions for locals only sights. It is also conveniently located by trams and Metro! I highly recommend it - beautiful rooms and decor throughout!

Internet barely works, even when you pay for premium internet. Their advertised room service is also not real, in their perspective, you have to pick up the food from the club downstairs -> they do not bring to the room (!!!) In general, very dissatisfied. Will not come back with my company (we had 10 rooms)

Friendly Staff , Very Modern & Trendy , Hotel Lobby is with snooker tables , Playstation Corner and a bar , rooms very clean.

We enjoyed our stay as a couple and with a group of our friends, the bar/lounge area has an excellent vibe to it, great atmosphere during the day and night. Friendly staff, overall great Hotel to stay at.
