This hotel is characteristic, clean, nicely designed. Hotel staff is very helpful and very friendly. It's close link to the water wold and the spa is a huge plus. I do feel that the dinner buffet is something they can really improve. But I don't know the food of other Czech hotels, I don't think it's fair to say the food is bad just yet. One little detail, when the restaurant gets very busy at dinner time, the staff is frequently checking all food tray to make sure that they can refill on time, I think that's good service.
B.t.w. the free shuttle bus won't take you to the centre of Prague. It takes you to Opatov metro station. It's a good idea to have some idea of the metro lines and some small cash is a good idea.response / report this review -

The room was nice and clean but the dinner we had was terrible. The ingedients were not fresh and the food was obviously made from frozen stuff. Maybe this happened because our company booked half of the hotel but it is no excuse.

Cozy hotel and friendly staff. It is very good place for families with kids. The only disadvantage is that the aquapark is quite crowdy during weekends, better plan your stay during the week days.

Fantastic staff and nice breakfast! Swimmingpool is endless fun for the kids and adults under 99y.. ;-) Good working WiFi in the rooms and at the lobby. Free bus too and from the metrostation.. The capital Prague is only 20 minutes with bus/metro. This year we are going to stay there for the fourth time. See you next week.
