Very nice. Arrived early got an upgrade, allowed to go straight to the room and didn't have to check out until 1pm. Breakfast good. Staff very helpful. Great location with a view over the park and a short walk into the city. Plenty of bars nearby.

Affordable but nice hotel, we were there for 3 nights, good location 10 minutes walking distance to downtown, breakfast is not their strength though

The room we got was on 6th floor. The room is cozy and different. It gave a feeling of home due to large bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom was not enough though.

Nice modern place. Rooms are nice size, well presented, and clean. Breakfast is good. Plenty to choose from. Hotel has a bar too and a car park which is located near by, so make sure you drop your bags off first!

A good hotel with friendly staff, nice furnishings and a satisfactory breakfast. Mattress is comfy and the ambiance is quiet. Electrical sockets abound in the room (although not all stay on when the lights are shut off at night).

On the flip side, the internet is amongst the slowest I've ever had in a hotel in Europe. The English spoken by some of the (male) staff is hard to understand. Also, the shower should come with instructions, as its operation differs from European standards and is difficult to understand. Instructions would eliminate a lot of the guesswork and, ultimately, would save water.

Nice clean hotel, in a nice area of Prague. The hotel was close to the park and Prague castle with a short walk over the river into the new town. The bedroom was large and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing in my opinion that could have been improved was the breakfast.

Stayed in an apartment they own away from the hotel. It was dirty, badly maintained - sinks that drained to the floor, showers that didn't work, front door didn't lock properly, corridors smelled like urine. Pretty disgusting.

A very modern, clean hotel with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was spotlessly clean. A bright breakfast room with an outside breakfast terace too. Within easy walking distance of the city centre and attractions. Very friendly reception staff. Excellent value for money.

Couldn't have found a better place to stay. Staff are all extremely helpful and speak great English. Rooms are spectacular and well furnished. Breakfast has a nice variety. Located in a great place, 2 minute walk to a tram stop.

Lovely, modern and large rooms. Located a bit out of the centre but walkable, team stops also near. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly.
