Perfectly located, cozy and well-managed by extremely kind and helpful staff. The only choice for a stay in Prague!

Lovely hotel at Charles Bridge. Standard room in annex was 15 metres from breakfast. Came with robes, slippers, complimentary fruit or chocolates. Also free tickets to tower at the bridge. Short walk across bridge to centre of old town.

Amazing location and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, you won't have any regrets booking here! Don't forget the restaurant next door, excellent food and you also get a discount. If you are going during busy season I recommend getting up early to walk the bridge without the crowds, a very different experience.

This is a great hotel in a prime location, next to the Charles bridge. The staff is genuinely friendly and speak English well. Some are very fluent. I have stayed at several big named chain hotels before, a few B&Bs, and resorts. This hotel is the best by far.
Pod Vezi is also very close to a tram station. From there someone can get easily around the city via tram and tube.response / report this review -

Absolutely wonderful hotel experience from start to finish! The receptionist was welcoming, friendly and very funny. He kindly let us go into our room early (even though we were ~4 hours early!) and gave us a map and showed us the best places to visit/recommendations for food. The hotel room itself was lovely and every day there would be a new complimentary surprise waiting for us on the table which ranged from homemade biscuits to exotic fruit! The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great (I'm VERY fussy when it comes to pillows and hotels rarely satisfy in this area). The breakfast buffet in the morning had a fantastic spread and the coffee was excellent. But, the best thing about this hotel is the location. It's right on the Charles Bridge but tucked about 30 seconds around the corner so despite the extremely central location it's very quiet and peaceful at night. There's good restaurants and bars nearby, and it's a central location to walk around the entire city. If I ever came back to Prague I would definitely stay here and I recommend it to everybody I know who is going!

Great hotel. The reception guys provide the best service. We found a different gift every afternoon at our room. Alitalia lost our bags and the hotel took care of the whole reclaim process.

Really lovely hotel in a perfect location: the staff were really friendly and welcoming and the rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The location is extremely central but you're tucked away slightly from the main road so it's very quiet and peaceful!

Great hotel, friendly staff and perfect location. The hotel rooms are extremely quiet despite being in a central location, right next to the Charles bridge. The hotel offers lots of benefits for the guests and the staff speak perfect English.
