Basic tourist apartments in quiet part of Paphos. Cheap to rent with pleasant staff the apartment have all the necessary amenities from which to be your holiday. Noisy neighbours can be a problem though!

Myself and my lady stayed here 3rd week in January. We received a warm welcome from reception staff who couldn't do enough for us. All the staff remained exceptionally helpful throughout our stay and we couldn't wish for more.
We would thoroughly recommend the premium self-catering apartments as these are in a separate block and very modern, exceptionally clean and many freshly decorated. We were lucky to stay in Number 12 which we believe to be the largest apartment with a HUGE balcony overlooking the front rather than the rear pool-side, don't think about swimming at this time of year – it's way to chilly for us brits!
Be warned of the many stairs to the Premium apartments - not good for wheelchair access or those who hate hiking!
Panklitos is well situated being only 2 mins (car) from the main Tombs of the Kings stretch and in a quiet region set back from the hussle and bussle.
There is limited under building parking (possibly for Premium only) which we used, the remainder is road-side so ask for a space underneath 😉
The apartment had a separate bedroom, albeit way too small, bathroom including bath and shower (reasonable size) and felt plush. Hot water wasn't a problem at all as the room included a heater button (immersion) which could be activated when required. Bedroom has clean and beautiful bedding.
Don't let the following minor suggestions put you off – this was a lovely place and should we revisit Cypress, deffo our number one place to stay.
Suggestions/feedback:
An inventory and checks before guest arrival - there were missing pots and pans, little or no lids.
Note no Air-con in the lounge.
No washing-up cloths, very few matches to light the gas cooker.
Gas cooker failed upon first ignition, receptionist quick to respond and change gas bottle – thank you.
No bath plug, quickly rectified.
No dust pan and brush meant floor quickly become messy with cooking.
Missing pillows.
All in all a wonderful hotel – THANK YOU to all staff.response / report this review -

Basic living and sleeping area's, small kitchen to use if you want to cook, nice little pool and pool area but a little out of the way but that's made up with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and a short taxi ride to beach, bar's and restaurants.

Extra charges for using air-condition. Air condition unit is installed only in the bedroom, no unit in the living room. toilet paper only given the 1st day of arrival. The curtains were too thin and all the sunshine was in the room from 6 in the morning. No cleaning services provided. Although the bottles of creamsoap and shower gel were named by big companies , the liquid inside was something else than the original. Disappointed 😞

the apartment is beautiful sun on the balcony right till the end if the day and the pool is lovely it's part of a small complex of about 12 to 15 apartments but very lovely, 15 min walk from tomb of the kings and 35 min walk from the paphos harbour going out up the hill is a 20 min walk in to old town paphos all accessible by a great bus service

I love this place because of its great value, nice, clean and located very quite area. Should rated 5 stars. Nice welcoming staff and information. Also a big apartments that you can stay upto 4 people.☺☺☺☺

The place looks good for the price and the rooms were clean. The only downsides were the extra (small) fee for AC and that the Wifi kept crashing.
