Excellent location by the sea, very clean and nice comfortable rooms with good views. The entertainer by himself was superb and really made us welcome, we liked the entertainment he gave us but couldn't help but think that the hotel was not trying to push this aspect in the hotel, for example there was no music by the pool and he would have to narrate by himself during games etc. Could have been better due to this, the pool was clean and food tasty!

Me and my partner stayed at the nelia for a week at the beginning of September. Where do I start. Fantastic holiday, wonderful staff particularly Thea on pool bar and Natalia entertainment staff. They made our holiday. Fab weather, fab food overall FABULOUS. Will definitely be booking again for next year

Me & my partner have been here for a week and have thoroughly enjoyed it,the hotel is clean,staff are lovely especially Thea at the pool bar & the food is excellent,something for everyone.
We will be coming back here but when it's a bit cooler as I've struggled with the heat.

amazing hotel. clean rooms the cleaners are amazing and should be praised more on what they do. staff are amazing. food is lovely. only downside theres no direct access to the beach from the hotel . plus people beware that the beach bar doesnt include in your all inclusive package

would definitely stay at these premises again when returning to ayia napa

Чистые новые номера. Вежливый русскоговорящий персонал. Вкусная еда. Были в октябре - все понравилось. До моря 200-250 метров. Бассейн, конкурсы, анимация. Минус есть - пляж песочный, а вот вход в море каменный - надо идти 30-50 метров по мешкам с песком.

Hotel a mixed bag. Attractive from the outside, though room didn't have the best air con and you had to pay extra for a safe and fridge. Staff were very friendly. Entertainment wasn't great but was ok. Pool ok. Rooms clean.
