Super nice staff at the reception and the breakfast. Very friendly and accommodating with great attitude. Room was spacious, super clean, a very comfortable bed. Great location, just behind McDonald's and 50 meters away from the promenade and the beach, a few minutes away from restaurants, cafés and shops. Liked the electronic system of letting them know if you would like the room cleaned or want to not be disturbed. Breakfast was very nice with lots to choose from, including fresh fruits, cakes and more traditionally cooked food. Would be great to add some lactose free options for people with lactose intolerance. The view to the beach is a plus for the breakfast room situated at the 4th floor- a terrace is also available. Would definitely
come back!

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast (especially the sweet section) and comfortable, clean rooms. The location is perfect - quiet, but almost direct at the beach and only 5 minutes walking distance to the centre and the central bus station that brings you to various cities (Nicosia, Limassol, Ayia Napa, Paphos). We also made use of the gym, which was for free. Don't expect too much of it, but it was still a very nice extra :-)
I would come here again and will definitely recommend it.

Good hotel , near the beach and in the middle of a lot of tavern and restaurants.
Not a 2* hotel , its better 3*.
It have only one negative post - the staff ( housekepper and the wiatress on the breakfast room ) is very rude and unpollite with the tuorists.

Great location, tasty breakfast, friendly staff and a 10-minute drive from the airport - If you want to stay in Larnaca for a few nights or get married there, this hotel is for you.

My wife and I came to Larnaca to get married and the hotel's location was spot on - just a minute of walk to the town hall! If you are not in Larnaca to get married, the hotel is just a two-minute walk from the beach and the cool restaurants around.
However, don't skip the breakfast offer because it is tasty. There is a variety of food and sweets and overall it is good.

The staff was very nice and friendly and the room was very clean and tidy. If you are skipping the balcony you are not missing a whole lot (the view we had was of the street and it wasn't the prettiest). However, if you are a smoker - get the balcony (just remember there is an 80 euro fine if you leave the balcony door open when you smoke).

Only commenting the breakfast. For 7 euros you get an bargain deal on an air conditioned top floor or roof top terrace overlooking the Finikoudes beach. Enough to choose from and surprisingly tasty coffee from a machine, even better than most shops here.

The entry is located right behind McDonald's. You can rich it by passing throw MC, but îs near garbage colecters, in a spooky area. The staff îs nice. The furniture îs kind of old and The bathroom îs not great. Îs near The beach (5 min walk). The breakfast îs avarage.
