Highly recommended place! Great location near Fig tree bay and Sunrise beach, very good breakfast, and very good options for dinner! But most of all, really friendly and pleasant staff, ready to help with whatever you should need. I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Just checked out after two weeks. Fantastic! Very reasonable. Close to the main strip. Even a Lidl on the doorstep! What more could you ask for. 5 star treatment, without the price tag. Meals were great, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Well done. See you next year!

About the hotel:
Pool area is nice, bar & food not expensive, hearty breakfast. The location is very good, local bus stops close by, walk towards Ayia Napa on both streets (101 and 102 buses cost 1.50 Euros pp anywhere, nothing much to see in Paralimni).
From the pool area some steps take you to the back of the hotel, this is the shortest way to the Fig Tree Bay beach. ATM machines are numerous along the beachside road.
The room location (1-br standard) was a disappointment, ground floor with car park in front, will not use the very small balcony. The hotel let us know that we can change the room after a week, but we were away in Nicosia all that day so couldn't.
Air con 40 Euros per week / PER ROOM, so in a 1-br apt one should pay 160 Euros for 2 weeks for both rooms - in cash. This should be mentioned in the brochure / website. I paid nearly 2000 Euros for 2 persons for the 2-weeks trip to Tjäreborg Finland
Superior rooms are higher up, I recommend those.
Very low water pressure seems to be a general problem here on Cyprus - the water is scarce in the summer, cannot get the conditioner properly out of my long hair.
Good mattresses, sheets not 100% cotton..
Kitchen utensils are very basic, there's no dish washer liquid or towels, dishrags or anything. Luckily there's a Lidl very near. (to the right from car park entrance, same side of the road).
Bring scissors and anything you might need, like spices etc unless you wish to go shopping immediately. I miss proper large tea mugs Bought one from a local supermarket. Everything has "Cyprus" written on them
Oh: There is no Earl Grey tea in Lidl.
You can also take a bus from the "back road" (from car park entrance walk left, cross the street and in about 100 m you'll see a bus stop.) towards Paralimni to the big Metro supermarket: Cheaper prices and bigger selection.
All in all: A very nice hotel with attentive and helpful staff in a great location. Only 8 minutes walk to Fig Tree beach which is very clean and has soft sandy bottom. Lots of Scandinavian guests so there is no rowdiness. Great for families.

Great little hotel hidden away in Protaras, whilst back from the beach & the strip, both are only a short walk away which makes a nice distinction when choosing to spend the day by the pool or on the sand.
Very euro-friendly and great value with top-grade accommodation. Very popular in high season, so book early!response / report this review -

We got good room, with nice view, food is good too. Stuff is really helpful. I would defenatly stay here again. It's approximately 7-8 min walk to the beach. Pernera Beach is probably one of the best beaches in the whole Cyprus.
Comfortable beds, included all kitchen equipment, clean rooms. No noise from the bars- smart located. in total - good value for money.response / report this review -
