Weather great,the Bay quiet,staff need a few happy pills.Food is ok but needs a bit of an upgrade!!!Just returned to the hotel(now May 2018)Much improved on last October,totally new restaurant and reception staff who are both polite and friendly.Kiriados the pool bar supervisor and Jack of all trades is awesome!!!It's a great place to come and chill!!!Antonios the hotel bar manager is also very cool!!!

Nice clean hotel, quiet location 5 mins walk from beach..but easy access to public transport as it's on the main road to Ayia Napa..

Our second visit in three months. We spent two weeks at the Adelais Bay Hotel in June and were so impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the friendly polite manner of the staff, that we went back in September. The manager Andreas is a very welcoming man and will always be available to speak with you if he is on the premises, nothing is too much trouble for him and he will do his very best to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. The hotel is well located in a quiet spot twenty minutes walk from the main area of Protaras and there is a very frequent bus service to both Protaras and Ayia Napa. We have stayed in many hotels on the island over the past twenty years and the Adelais holds its own against all of them for value for money.

Just returned nice hotel quiet pool areas plenty of sun loungers,Firozos the restaurant manager was very friendly and nice although some of the waiters in the restaurant were miserable (never one smile out of two of them) pool area was very clean as was the pool bar two young ladies on here were also very pleasant and well mannered as the young lad on here was too, The bad points was a charge to use a fridge €3.50 per day and to watch tv had to leave deposits for a remote 🤔 And the food was great for evening meals themed nights the Greek and Mexico was very nice,breakfast was alright hope this helps anyone thinking of booking here

This hotel is approximately a 15 minute walk from Fig Tree Bay. If youre looking for a quiet hotel this is the place. Theres no getting up at daft hours for sunbeds round the pool. The pool is 1.10 metres shallow end 1.70 metres deep end, so its great for playing with your family. Pool area is kept spotless. Try the pool bar Hamburgers they are lovely. There's no entertainment. Staff are great, show them respect and a smile and you'll find they are very helpful and friendly. Food is to be desired but dont forget it is a 3 star. I would definitely stay here again for the price I paid.

Mostly russian hotel. With the typical russian service style:
- Huge lines before the dinner
- The staff is not that nice
- Fee for everything (WiFi and even for the Fridge)
- Everything is a bit old in the rooms
But Good located - close to the beautiful beaches. Good Tavern is just at the Hotel entrance. And the dinner in the Pool Bar is really good and cheap.response / report this review -

Отдыхала в 2015-м. Тихо и спокойно, хорошо тем, кто не любит шумные компании, после 23:00 соблюдают тишину, можно выспаться. Персонал вежливый, питание разнообразное (шведский стол ), много зелени и овощей. Пляж рядом, пешком за 5-10 минут можно дойти. Имеетются бассейн и кафе.

Красиво, уютно, персонал вежливый, кормят относительно хорошо. До моря недалёко. Среди бюджетных заведении весьма стоящее. Район тихий. Вай фай, холодильник и прочее как всегда платно, но у них так принято) В принципе, в плане отеля не пожалели! Могу посоветовать)

уютно,спокойно,чисто. отличный пляж в 5ти минутах,на котором очень немного людей) разнообразное меню на ужин,вкусно!отдыхом довольны:)
