Gr8 staff. Loved the hotel when it opened. Good facilities. The only thing I would say is it's tired, with a bit of love this could b a good hotel again. I didn't think much of the breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, brilliant staff who do anything for their clients. Gym & spa, which were used and brilliant. Food & drink, breakfast, lunch by the pool or dinner in the hotel, all good and tasty. Brilliant place, definitely stay there again, love the joint.

The eHotel in Pervolia promises so much with it's contemporary design and water features but in reality delivers very little. We popped in to book spa treatments on Wednesday afternoon and we were met by the General Manager who did not seem to have a clue what the procedure was for booking treatments or indeed any other process at the reception, he promised us a call on the Thursday to confirm the booking, which we never recieved. My wife and I along with a friend went for a Swedish full body massage, both of my co travellers received a full body massage, but for some reason I did not..whilst we were there we had a nosey at the sky lounge and the views were spectacular along with the broken glass and litter that remained from a previous gathering. We returned later that evening for dinner where the main meals looked heavy and over complicated so we opted for the buffet, based on what a member of staff had told us was on offer. We were met by a very limited choice of luke warm, dry food which left the three of us with a rather underwhelming sense of dissatisfaction. On to dessert and there were two of three options out and when it was restocked it was done so with frozen desserts not thawed out. The waiting staff were abysmal at best, one chap came to clear the table and could only manage half the plates, but then never returned for the other half??? He walked right by our table several times looking into the bar!!! When we asked for the cheque none of the waiting staff knew how to deal with this request, they kept asking for our room number which we told them straight from the off that we were not staying at the hotel. A spectacular hotel which misses the mark of luxury and elegance due to the staff mainly. Svetlana in the spa was very good and credit where credit is due, she looked after my wife very well indeed. I was bitterly disappointed with my entire experience at this hotel.

Not even close being a 4* hotel. There was only 1 person at the reception, not professional whatsoever. I had to ask in order to be informed about dinner location, wifi, etc. We had to wait 15' for check-in. The room was not vacuumed and/or mapped, we found hair on the toilet seat, some of the pillows dirty, non-ironed and seemed unchanged from previous customers, not a good signal on the TV with very few channels, no slippers, only one small bottle of shampoo and shower, the walls dirty, needs painting, reception and common area not clean, around the pool very dirty the sunbeds and umbrellas were also dirty. The food is decent but not near for a 4*,the dining room staff willing and helpful. This hotel in Hellas it would be a 2* to 3* maximum!

3-4* Hotel with restaurant, ca. 200m to the beach, lift, Spa and outdoor pool with wirlpool sunbeds and 6 sun towers, roof bar with excellent view over south Cyprus and the beach. Free carpark for 3cars plus 2 for disabled, but in winter enough space nearby.

Nice quiet location in close proximity to the beach. The hotel has a very modern feel and the rooms are spacious with very decent beds. The shower is one of the best I've ever had - great water pressure and good water temperature. You will definitely need a car to get around the area as there is not much to do within walking distance apart from Faros beach which isn't a great beach.
There is a shop nearby or you can use the hotel shop which sells the basics.
Breakfast is a good wide spread but the quality is lacking.
There is a fairly decent sized infinity pool, quite shallow but decent enough. Its overall a decent hotel and aparr from the food I really cannot fault.it much.

We didn't stay in the hotel, just bough the entrance to the pool. The pool is small but pleasant. There are some beach chairs and tents around the water. There's a jacuzzi there while it didn't work most of the time. Anyway we had a great time, ordered a dinner from the hotel restaurant (Italian style) and it was good. The dinner was served right to our tent. The hotel as also a roof top bar with a good view onto the sea and the village.
