Very good place for holidays with children, swimming pool, bar, 4 stars because it is not fully opened.

After 8 days in an all included stay with 2 girls ages 3+5 here are my thoughts:
This hotel is at max a 3 stars hotel. The room quality is very poor and simple. You need to buy towels to use them at the pool area (9.5 euro per towel rental. we bought a towel outside the hotel for 6 euro). Safe is also not free (22 euro). The food quality is poor also. There is no healthy food, all meat is pork and it is just not good. Same food every day.
My room was very dirty, smelly and there was mold all over the walls. Only after 2 day of complaining i got a new room (same quality but thankfully with no mold). If you cannot sleep with day light you will have a big problem here because the curtains do not cover the light at all.
We did not stay at the hotels pool (no room and nothing to do in the pool). We basically went to the water park and the Nissi beach.
The only good thing i have to say about the hotel is its location. The Splash water park is very nice for families and the big amusement park is a 100m away from the hotel. The circus in fort of the hotel is also very good and liked it a lot.response / report this review -

Great place for a family holiday. The waterpark (which is free for guests) is a good place to spend the day and there's lots to do (water based fun of course). 2mins from the hotel turning right is the funfair (open from 18:30 - 0:30) and to the left is the circus. There's a rocky beach about a 3 mins walk from the hotel or a sandy beach 10mins along the promenade. Service is good and friendly and the food excellent. Great place to spend a week or 3.

Clean and spacious rooms. Staff very friendly. Very good food. Good variety to chose from every day. Splash world is excellent for children. Highly recommended place to stay in.

The rooms were spacious, though somewhat tired and in need of refurbishment. The staff were first class, very helpful, friendly and efficient. The food was very decent and the chef catered to our special dietary needs.

Traveling around
Greece and Cyprus for 6 years - it is the best place so far . I mean we have been in crete 4-5 stars, rodos -4-5 stars, cyprus: larnaca, mazotos, pafos, - this place is Godsent, so amazing, could cost 3 times as much, i would still go (i think they should increase the price to get read of some junk alko clients- although even those were very civilized probably due to family orientation) greek and Cypriot hospitality is famous, but here it is special. Also the food is of highest quality, whatever they do is of really high quality ingredients. I mean yes, nice beach is far, but. greatest lunapark, amazing waterpark, and the best ever kids playground are just steps away(waterpark included, playground is in the bar nearby free of charge for bar visitors) plus you get bungalows with practically two roomsresponse / report this review -

We went in September from Manchester uk myself partner and 10 year old daughter and I can honestly say that it's one of the best resorts I've been to.
The food was amazing the staff are very friendly service was excellent. They really go their way to help
