Stayed 14 nights over Christmas & New Year. Friendly staff. Breakfast was exactly the same every day with no variation, but actually it was nutritious and the staff do their best. Swimming pool unheated but open and clean. No hot water in the shower except Christmas day and at approx 15.00hrs in the afternoons, otherwise lukewarm at best. Despite the little things, we would stay here again in future. If there had been a choice of cereals, fruit, bagels instead of just the same breakfast each day I would have given it a 5 rating. Comfortable for people like us who can only afford cheap 'n' cheerful. Dial 01 and the receptionists will turn on the aircon as needed.

Really really avoid this hotel .Owner George is taking the micky out of you . For example breakfast is rationed to one slice of ham one egg one toast one coffee.asked for another coffee and was charged £2.50 . The place absolutely stinks of sewage. The rooms are big , falling apart and dirty. no intrest in fixing them . They have two hair dryers for the whole hotel . THE LIST COULD GO ON.Please don't ruin your holiday by booking this place .doesn't matter how desperate you are .

We had amazing stay. Very helping staff. My ac broke and when i submitted the compalint they fixed it in less than half an hour.

Excellent value for money.. very very clean. Ac fridge, tv , lovely shower ,clean fresh towels. i got comfortable very quickly . Budget .. but love it.. !.. i would definatley come again..

Very cheap price and the apartment room was not bad at all! Cleaned everyday by Hotel's employees, free pool on the top of the building. Location is a bit far from Larnaca city center but in max 20 minutes walk you can reach it!
