The hotel was very nice, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Next to the reception there was a bar with coffee, tea, fruits and cake at your disposal during all times which made it feel like home. Location is 10min. away from the airport and very close to a big street with many many restaurants by the beach.

My wife and I highly recommend this hotel. Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. You will feel at home right away. Very good rooms with comfortable bed, TV and other amenities. Instead of a traditional big breakfast between 6 and 10, you get a smaller selection available throughout the day. This worked fantastically well for us! The hotel location simply cannot be beaten. Close to city center (Lazarus Church), 2 minutes walk from beach, 50+ restaurants within a radius of 1 km. Going to Cypress, this is a phenomenal option!

I made a reservation for 2 days and by their own will the canceled one of my 2 days one day before i go there!! So i had to search again like crazy for a hotel but most of the hotels were already full so i was realy mad about them it was tragic!! I just hope you see this and search for some hotel with better communication ability!! The owner also said that it was my fault! I am sorry t write this but i have to do it!

First the great things: amazingly kind and helpful staff and a great location in the square facing the church. You can't beat that.
We had two different experiences of this hotel because the room we checked into at first (#8) was not great and gave me a horrible first impression. It was dated, could have used a fresh paint job, the safe wasn't bolted down, there were hairs on the floor of the bathroom and the view was on an ugly alley because this was the back side of the hotel.
The staff very kindly arranged for us to change room, but we could only change the next day because they were full. I booked this trip very far in advance (4+ months) and selected deluxe room in the booking so it begs the question why we'd be put in the worst room the hotel has to offer.
The room the next day (#4) was much much better. Beautiful view on the square. Clean. The safe was bolted down as it should be. I was so sad that my time spent in this room was so much shorter than the other as we had a very early checkout.
The staff took very good care of us, always ready to answer our questions. It is true that a substantial breakfast could be provided at this price, even if they had to strike up a partnership with one of the restaurants right out front.response / report this review -

This place is phenomenal. The boutique concept is taken to the pinnacle. The family feeling is unbeatable. You are welcomed as if you were home. The 24 hour drinks and snacks are very nice to have. The rooms with their balconies have a fantastic sight to the church. You are in proximity of a plethora of bars and restaurants. Not to mention the beach so ideal for relaxing (waveless and pristine sand).
We shared with the hotel that we were celebrating our anniversary and they so kind as to offer us on the house a bottle of delicious proseco. It was a beyond-nice surprise and a very genuine gesture on their part. We would definitely come back to stay with them when diving at the Zenobia in the future.
The staff really did all they could to make our stay memorable. The parking lot is very convenient and safe all around.response / report this review -

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
We stayed at the hotel for two days. The room was quite big, nicely decorated and with a small terrace. The location is 3 minutes walk from the boardwalk, by the sea.
The staff were very very nice - helpful, generous and flexible. Free coffee, fruits and drinks 24\7.
If you stay in Larnaca, you should definitely stay at Opera hotel.response / report this review -

Отель понравился очень. Маленький ,не дорогай и в самом центре города, перснал говорит по русски. Вид из номера прямо на церковь св.Лазаря(местная достопримечательность) вид обалденный!

Hotel Opera excels in it great location-so close to the beach, restaurants, and bars, and right above St.Lazarus church which is a beautiful view to have through that sweet balcony. The room is small but sufficient, and you get a small free breakfast of some fruit, cornflakes, cake and coffee - which is fine if you're not a hungry person. I recommend.

Nice little Hotel, the complementary drinks and snack bar is a welcome addition. Hotel is clean and I can recommend it for a short stay. For an extended stay I'd recommend something a little more spacious.
