talking about being unprofessinal in the manner I've never experienced in my life! We have bought a 800 eur LG AC unit two weeks ago with free instalation. Assigned by the company technician spent 4 hours in my house and installed it one week ago. The unit was making ratteling noises and the technician ensured me it was not a installation problem, but the unit needs to be checked with LG service (NEW UNIT). NExt day was very hot so ive tried to switch it on and it didn't. Since than week passed and we did numerous phone calls to electoline and LG service, visit at the store, visit of technicians on saturday. Today the LG service representative called at 9 o'clock and said he will come to fix it in 1 - 1,5 hours and its 12!! after i called him, he said he maybe will come in another 1 hour or longer! Its a joke and stress to the customer. I will discourage anyone to buy themselves simmilar experience!

Went on separate visits to get a microwave, vacuum, and toaster. Service is a little slow because it seems that one woman is doing everything whilst her colleagues stand around, but good value.
