Excellent service would recommend them highly. Looked after us very well with lots of advice. Dealt with us quickly and the shuttle to and from the airport was very prompt. Nothing to much trouble even handling our luggage in such a small car. No issues.

We had a wonderful service experience when renting a minivan for a week from Thrifty Paphos to visit beutiful Cyprus. We were greeted by a Thrifty employee in the terminal and driven right away to the agency, no time wasted. Everything was fine but one day before the return, bad luck stroke and we had an accident in the mountains of Troodos. Fortunately no one was hurt but the car took some damage. We called the agency and in less than two hours we had a replacement car brought to us despite the remote location of the accident. The service was exemplary and Thrifty Paphos bought us as loyal customers for life. Well done!

We used this company last year.we drove to our apartment and found the hand break did not hold the car.we used it for one day and it was impossible to feel the car was parked properly.we took it back, no problem got replacement..a black Escort over 80,0000 on the clock.for 1 month we drove the car all over Cyprus.it was fine..£350 for the months hire ..most hired cars on Cyprus roads have dents and bad paint work due to heat ..it was quite good not having to really bother about it.back home we have a new car and are all ways worried about scratches and other people denting the car.they are lovely people, they work hard ..don’t be too fussy.never had a problem..regards Dave

Awful! Waited at airport for a very tired Transit courtesy bus. Taken to a compound off airport. Not at all impressed with the 72500 km Kia Ceed. Not quite as knocked around as Ali but quite battered. Thought better of Dollar Rentals. Obviously Dollar don't know how badly their name is represented at this location!!I Certainly wouldn't use them again. Ok, you get what you pay for, but these guys take the biscuit! (I would have said stronger but for the sake of decency!) Lots of people milling around, the majority looking at the cars on offer and lots of head shaking. I'm not the only one, then!?!

Cars are old, dirty, scratched and unsafe. Had to refuse one vehicle as the seats wouldn't stay in place and seat belts wouldn't fasten properly on the other. Avoid!

Very efficient service. Quick turnround. Yes car had over 100k on clock but was a good comfortable drive. No hassle re refund. Would definitely use again.

Liked the idea of not having to drive out of an airport. We had a shuttle bus service to and from the airport which we preferred. The car was a decent standard too.

Car was a reasonable price but on the old side (typical for Cyprus). Location about 10 mins from the airport so you need to allow sufficient time for a courtesy shuttle. Staff friendly and courteous.

Great value pretty basic vehicles and can have some damage to them that is noted by the rental company prior to you taking the vehicle but that said it is pretty hard to find a vehicle in Cyprus that hasn't got the odd bit of damage! Very friendly and helpful staff had no problems at all will definitely use again 👍👍

Great value, the cars are pretty basic and so is the service but no problems. Pickup and transfers to/from airport were prompt and easy. We did need to top up water in the mountains as car got overheated, so worth checking if you are doing a Troodos trip. Would recommend and definitely use again.

Cheap rental. It's a bit of a drive from the airport, and I'd forgotten to give my flight details to them, but when I called them from the airport they were quick to come and pick us up. Car was a little bit dented and scratched, but for what I paid it was great value.

It was cheap for a reason. It is not at the airport and you have to wait for a minivan to take you to a dust bath a few miles away. When we arrived they were having a loud argument with a Swedish customer about petrol levels.
The staff were so rude and one woman in particular was very rude and aggressive. They rented us a car that had done 88,000 kilometres and on its return got very angry about a superficial scratch probably made from a bush, which could be polished out. Personally I think they knew the scratches were there to start with, she 'found' these dust covered and barely visible scratches immediately. They implied they would keep the 450 Euro deposit unless we paid 50 Euros for the 'repairs'. Would not recommend, unless you want to be ripped off.

Never hire a car from this company. We have and the car was absolutely crap. Full of scratches, stains on the sits and faded paint on the bodywork. Staff wasn't polite at all . Stay away from Marios Papados and Aymon Rogerso. After we waited 25 min in the airport for them to come we went to inspect the car. There was so many scratches on it that is a impossibility to see them all. They sai all the cars are like that in Cyprus due to busy season. We had no other choice at 12 pm in the middle of nowhere than accept the car. When we return the car the same guys came to inspect the car but this time very thoroughly with the touch. The first place they go to was the two scratches they knew are not marked on the report. We complaint and the guy how is cleaning the cars came along and said to them in Greek that the scratches are not fresh but they refuse to admit that so they charge us 150 euros for something we didn't do. When we got in the minibus it was another couple in the same situation as us. They are a absolute disgrace and for a such a big company they should not operate in Cyprus.
So if you are tempted to go with them because of the price which is not ceap anyway forget about it unless you want to be ripped off.

We arrived late at night nobody met us at the airport we had to go searching for a rep from the car hire firm. Luckily another rep from a different firm rang them and they turned up saying they were not informed of time of arrival. We were then taken by a van whose air conditioning did not work to the place were we could pick up our vehicle. We booked a 7 seater and they presented us with a six seater and no luggage space. The aircondition did not work and there was a heatwave. Uncomfortable journey to our villa only having to return the next day for a vehicle that had aircondition. Met by rude member of staff who told my husband his name was Raymond and on a later occasion told me his name was Warwick. Apparently there's a lot of complaints about him and so resorts to lying about who he is. Absolutely a shambles. We had to hire a second car from a different firm for the duration of our holiday as the one they gave us was no good. They were not at all helpful. Cost us a lot of money but had to write it off and not let it spoil our holiday. Never use them again.
