Rented a racing road bike for a month. The bike was good. However, I had to receive a deposit on return of the bike. First he delayed by one day, and said he will come to my house. He brought me a less amount, and said he would come in a hour with the rest. Hour passed, no money and a promise to bring in the evening the rest. In the evening he stopped answering the phone and msgs. He knew I was leaving the next day, so he probably planned all along.

I had to chase him down for 3 days to receivey full deposit back. I wouldn't recommend working with this rental, as the service is highly unprofessional and he tried to rob me of my deposit.

Reading reviews, I am not the only one. DON'T RENT!!

At first glance, you will be offered a good car and good conditions with the possibility of exchanging for another car, for example a jeep for a couple of days if you need to go to the mountains, but this is a lie. I do not recommend renting a car in this office (Michaelides Car Rentals). Replacing a car with a similar class and price - it does not seem possible - in exchange, you can only get cheapest cars - broken wrecked.
When a replacement jeep was needed - it was not there, despite promises to wait an hour, then a day, then a little more - and so on, but nothing.
At the end I came off the bumper when I lightly touched bardyur. In the service I was told that there were no attachments in the bumper before me, so he easily pulled off. In this controversy they accused me of everything. The deposit for the car was not returned to me, they said that it was for a new bumper and also for repairs and a simple car in service. I wish I myself would have stuck the bumper back as it was for 50 euro.
The owner did not keep the promises he made.

be ready to get a faulty bike and they will charge you from your deposit. no way to get this money back. Think twice and examine your bike properly before renting.

I rented a nice mountain bike with this company. The older guy was professional and so was the younger guy (his nephew I think).
I got a high spec. mountain bike for the day, it worked great, was a fair price, and was promptly issued my deposit back upon return of the bike.
The company seems good to do business with. Maybe will try a car next time. Will rent a bicycle with them again in the future.

Хозяин заведения обещал принять велосипед в 8 утра. Прождал его полтора часа и чуть не опоздал на самолёт. Ни кому не посоветую братб в прокат в этом заведении хоть что-либо. Если вы хотите получить профессиональный сервис то в эту компанию вам точно не следует обращаться.

I highly recommend this company. I used Michaelides Car Rental this week on holiday. I turned up without a booking and asked for a convertible. Dmitry was very helpful in finding me a Mercedes SLK immediately. We negotiated an excellent deal which was great value and I was on the road within 15 minutes of walking into the shop. Dmitry even provided me with a sat nav free of charge. The car was great - ideal for me to explore Cyprus with the hood down. When I returned the car my deposit was returned without any delay. Dmitry even gifted me a bottle of wine. I wish all car hire companies were like this. I will definitely hire from here again each time I return to Cyprus.

I am living in Cyprus for the last two and a half year and have tried different car rentals company.
Michaelides car rentals company has a very poor choice of cars, high prices and thing that is very important when you will have any issues with your car in case of repair or change you will lost the connection to the company. They just not take the phone and ignore you and your problems. Until you have no problems and claims everything is fine otherwise you are doomed to get anything from them. Do not be fooled by their kind.
