How do i begin :I do not recommend this place at all bad service , your package can take over 2 weeks they never answer there phone and if you don't come pick it with in a month they wont send an actual email to tell you that there actually putting your package on sale at one of there store at sta rosa please use any other place for shipping to curacao i recommend aeropost but it might cost u a little bit more for big packages but you will get it in less than a week from when you ordered it

Absolute 1 as people keep complaining about the same stuff for years but there is no improvement or acknowledgement over these issues whatsoever. How does the clearing process once the package arrives in Curacao take 5x longer than the the time an item takes to ship. The sad thing is that some people pay extra to get their packages shipped sooner to then be met with the disaster that is the clearing and the "local hold" process of Cpost.

Edit: A year later I ordered a playstation off of amazon prime and i received it 5 days after I ordered it. My one star will go up as this is an improvement but the waiting time for you to receive your item in the waiting room is dreadful so 3 stars.

From my Miami PO box until Cpost GK, comms are clear and ok. Updates are received in time. Take your time when visiting Cpost. I am waiting here at least 1 hrs and 20 minutes and still waiting. Although it is crowdy, the speed of handling puntomio clients can be improved big time.

Takes forever to get your package through PuntoMio. To get it in Curaçao is quick but than it takes forever to get it released. Responding on email and social media also takes forever. I'm off to get this service somewhere else.

It has okay service, but most of the time they're really slow. They do not send the invoice on time, which leads to you having to call them and sometime the staff not picking up the phone which could become frustrating after a while. They really have to work on that.

If you want to post something, it will go pretty quickly. If you have to receive a package from abroad however, be prepared to wait up to an hour.
