Love this place. One of my favorite beaches in Curacao, and food and bar here are great for a quick bite, or even more of a relaxed dinner.

Went on Saturday night for happy hour. Food was very good and great people watching. The snapper was awesome. Service was a little slow especially for bar items. Make sure you order your drinks at the bar if you want to take advantage of the happy hour specials. Also got to watch a great sunset

Love this bar! But it eludes me why they don't have live music more nights per week. What would it take to have a singer on acoustic guitar, a couple of times per week. Heck, have karaoke twice/week. It's always busy. It just makes sense to have something more than canned music. But nice place. Oh and their pizzas are rockin; great crust!

Nice way to spend time on the beach. Nice, palm leaf covers to sit under if you want shade. Good lunch menu and friendly staff. Lots of beach chairs and beds available for reasonable prices. Good access to the sea.

I don't want to be the one who has to pull the racist card But I wasn't treated well at this place. A long wait, no greeting, no help I wait 30min at the bar, I had to ask for help. And the guy still didn't greet and was verry unfriendly While I was waiting for my drink a white couple sat next to me and the same guy came to them, greet them and help them in less than 10min ( very friendly with a smile) I still don't want to pull the racist card But maybe they had a bad day and they didn't thought I want to get a drink standing for half an hour at the bar and when I finally got my smoothie it was as bad as the service. Love the ambiance, love the sunset But the bar employers BIG THUMBS DOWN!

Food is good but the service staff is terribly slow and inefficient. My friend and I sat at the bar to get a sandwich and a drink, after 10 minutes of waiting to get the bartender's attention we gave up and sat at restaurant. it wasn't better there either. it took us 30 minutes for the waitress to take care of us and another 30 for the same waitress to realised she didn't put my order in the computer. We sat for an hour and half before food showed up. I'm a slow eater so my friend asked for the bill while I was still eating, figuring it will take for ever for the bill to show up. - Almost immediately one of the wait staff showed up and proceeded to take my plate while i was still eating my sandwich. She got offended when i said something about why she was taking my plate when i was obviously still eating. Make sure you get there way before you are hungry.

This is one of the best beaches on Curacao.Even though it's filled with arrogant Europeans, the stuff that works there is super-nice, the beach itself is great and just 50m behind there is an natural "endless pool" that gives extra feeling of relaxation.

Nice Restaurant by the beach, a lot of pizza possibilities and some nice cocktails. Good atmosphere overall. Its a pretty place though and pretty big. They even have a turtle :-)

Saturdays is this place, Sundays is the Mambo beach.!
Locals are telling you this and you will listen.. why?! Because they know and you're just the tourist.
Nice place for selfies, few bars right on the beach, music/drinks/food, the beach is accessible for a short dip.. nothing like Ibiza but where else can you go for a nice time with young folks?! Go with the flow :)

We went for dinner this evening. The door person was fantastic and looked after us. After that it was downhill. We aksed for 2 pizzas and a Caesar salad on the side. Their Caesar comes with chicken. They did not understand that we wanted it simple Ceasar as a side. They charged us for 32 Guilders for this in the end and it came without chicken. We had to ask for the wine twice. We had to ask the manager for the caesar after waiting a long time. The espresso was watery. The credit card machine ran out of paper and the waitress did not know if it had gone through or not. She asked us to look at our bank statement online. I suggested she call the visa people and she did not know how to.
Overall the shame was that it is a stunning location. The food was mediocre, the service was shocking. And it seemed that the responsibility to.solve everything lay in the customers hands.
We have loved Curacao for 19 days and we will be back but we will not return to Zanzibar restaurant.

Good place to spent Friday evening: very nice beach party with good club music. During the week days evening time there is the live music. Also the restaurant is offering nice choise of food and wine

Reasonable prices. Enjoyed the live music Wednesday 11/23. Got a discount by using dollars instead of the local. Love the Amstel Bright
