  We sat down for Lunch at 1:30pm. The waiter brought us water and then we did not hear from the waiter until I walked up to them at 2:30 asking if our food was almost ready, and she replied no. When I pushed for more she stated that the cook was working on it but that it would take a while. I am not someone who normally gets angry at these things but her unapologetic manner and complete lack of sympathy or even willingness to push the kitchen to get our food out was unbelievable. I explained that I needed to leave at 3pm for a meeting, and she said she would check on the food, but that we would just have to wait until the cook got to it because there was only 1 cook and they were new. At this point I began to look around and could point to two tables with food that had sat down after us, so I went and talked with someone else, who was much more apologetic. He went to the Kitchen and brought our food out shortly after. I ordered fish tacos which were a few chunks of Mahi thrown on a flour tortilla. I would never suggest this place to ANYONE. Unfortunately, if you are staying at the Hilton and you may be forced to eat here. Even after I had 10 min to eat quickly to run to the meeting, they brought the full bill with ZERO apology about the 1:15 min wait for Fish Tacos. I was absolutely appalled by the lack of service at this restaurant. Never quite seen anything like this..
