A really nice hotel in a great location. The staff was mostly very friendly and helpful. The exception was the fellow at the front desk who was a bit snarky to my girlfriend regarding grammar. The buildings and rooms were very nice, and well-appointed. The only problem we had was a small issue with ants. They sent housekeeping to remedy the problem very quickly.

Theres a few properties, the particular location Im rating is in the otrobanda district in willemsted. I stayed here for different reasons than a vacationbut, what I can say is that the staff were all very helpful. It is well located to shops, restaurants, and the swinging bridge. It's a very unique place (restored) that has old charm but is well maintained. There's also a museum attached that's worth a visit. If you're visiting for Karnaval, the parade route goes just outside the grounds. Worth a watch if your timing of visit occurs during the events. Rooms were just right for the situation. Comfortable beds, TV in multiple languages, which reflects the multiple languages that are present in Curacao. The staff are also multi-lingual in Dutch, English, Spanish, and the local language of Papiamento. Enjoy!

The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. However the hotel has not been maintained over the last few years. Lots of things around the hotel are broken or are needing attention. Both pools are always covered with leaves.
My room lacked ventilation and was a little musty. The internet, at its best, is 3 Mbps but was cutting out entirely during peak usage times.
The all rooms open to the streets of the 'village' where they play 'soothing' music. One night the muzak was left on all night.response / report this review -

Great hotel with lots of history in a restired part of Otro Bando in Willemstad. The hotel is like a small village with squares and streets and no teo rooms are alike, the athmosphere is absolutely great

The concept of the hotel is very nice but what really distinguish this place is the people. They are extraordinary! Extremely friendly and helpful , one of the best experiences I have that's the reason I rate it with 5 stars. The hotel Itself is very nice but if you are looking for enjoy the Caribbean beaches this is not the option.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the city center. All rooms are build in formally historic houses. Wich makes the atmosphere really magical.
