spacious and quite clean apartments with decent furniture. nice common swimming pool with relax area. reception service unexistent. keys and services are managed by the guys in a Bar on the main street who don't care at all. for example we had to pay for toilet paper and other small things in their shop

I am currently living here for the summer and these apartments make a great alternative to the overcrowded all inclusive hotels outside the resort. You have 3 good bars / eateries at the entrance. Bailey's bar, Valeria restaurant and another bar that I have forgotten the name of. The apartments have 24 hrs security and a good pool area.
The apartments themselves are well equipped and spacious. I have air conditioning, an oven, 4 hob gas cooker (bottle gas) and a fridge freezer. The lounge and kitchen are the same room and there is a corner seating unit which can be used as a bed.
The shower room and toilet is more than adequate and I have a washing machine too. There are 2 bedrooms. A double which is huge and has a decent wardrobe. The twin room is also a decent size but not as big as the double room. Both have windows with shutters, my view looks across some waste ground but I can see the mountain in the distance.
The balcony is a good size with a table and 4 chairs as well as a clothes horse.
Looking online the price is excellent for what you get and the apartment could easily hold a family of 6 although there maybe a queue for the bathroom.
The apartment is very close to Santa Maria Beach, I can be on the pier in less than 5 minutes by cutting through the hotels opposite. The casino is nearby as well and so is the clinic.
There is wifi although you have to pay (various rates based on how many Gb)response / report this review -

A price worthy accommodation not too far away from the town center of Santa Maria. Most apartments are well equipped for a short time stay as well as a long time stay. Nice swimming pool and service minded security guards. We have stayed here several times both long and term contracts. If you are staying a longer time, look for an apartment with a washing machine. The laundry shops in Santa Maria are crazy expensive and they might ruin your clothes as well.
