Hotel seems very nice but just checked in which took an hour as the receptionist ignored us, choosing to serve all others before, approx 20 guests that came in after me! We initially came in to enquire about room prices. As it was cheaper online, we explained we would book on our mobile. Once done, I returned to reception to check in while my partner sat by the pool as he is feeling unwell. There were no other guests when I went back to reception but soon after, a party of 10 walked in who were served before me. I waited politely but was not even acknowledged. Then guest after guest was served before me despite me saying we need to check in asap as my partner is feeling unwell. The receptionist bluntly told me the reservation hadn't come through then went to serve someone else. Thing is, she had not checked the system to see if that was the case. I had my reservation confirmed online for 1/2 an hour before my partner and I had to speak to her quite sternly to get her to give us a room key. We do not like to have to do this but were offended at being ignored and it seemed that we would have carried on being ignored otherwise. Then she gave us the key but was pretty rude back to us which was a little alarming considering. It's a shame because the hotel seems nice otherwise. It's putting us off staying longer.

Klein und fein. Die meisten anderen Hotels am Ort sind Ressorts. Dieses Hotel nicht.
