Zip line thru the trees on 8 different lines was amazing, a must do, along with the ATV/Buggy tour. A great way to spend 4-5 hours well worth the price.

Henry was our guide. The trails are easy to navigate. The vehicles are very well maintained this definitely did not feel like a rip off.

I was really impressed with this place. We did the zipline and horseback riding. Everyone was really friendly and the facility was really well maintained. They picked us up from the hotel for $5. We also added the lunch for $10. They have lockers you can use for a deposit of $10 (you get the money back a when you return the key). The lockers aren't big but you can get two of you want. We did the horseback riding first. Then they brought us back to the lunch and office area. We hung out for about an hour then we did the zipline. They do have a professional photographer that gets some really nice photos of you during the events. I think the cost for a flash drive of all the pics they took was 60ish. (For only one experience I think it would have been $40) They serve some fresh fruit after each experience. They also offer fresh water at the waterfall and halfway through the zipline. There is a gift shop.
Lots of fun! Would do it again!!

From my experience using this outfit is dangerous. The guide was always in a hurry and seemed more preoccupied with getting the tour done that with the experience of the customers, much less their safety. Twenty minutes into the tour a young American man crashed his atv because the guide gave him the signal to turn late. He was seriously hurt. This seemed to worry the guide, not because the person was hurt, but because his schedule was delayed. Then I ended up falling while walking and broke a leg.
This happened after the guide simply took off with the group and left me behind with my four year old. When I fell, a second guide -from a group that was returning from the walk - was passing by. I told him my leg might be broken. Instead of trying to find out if I was hurt or trying to help me he argued that it was not possible that it was broken because it was not swollen. From then on I became radioactive and no one wanted to help me. (Only a young kid working during the holiday helped.) At their base camp things did not go much better. The guide who knew I’d been hurt, told no one. I asked for something for the pain and was refused. At a management desk the person in charge just looked at me and said nothing when I told them what happened (BTW I speak perfect Spanish so no lost in translation issues here). In short it seemed the managements instructions regarding situations like this one is to ignore them to see if they simply go away. I ended having to get surgery. Not a safe place for you or you family. Use other operators, there are plenty.

Friendly staff, pretty trails, some waterfalls too. We went horseback riding and the horses were well behaved. We also felt safe with the staff.

We came for Zipline canopy tour. Breathtaking set up. I felt very safe. A little too rushed to get to the bottom. I get that they're getting people through all the zip lines, but still not enough time to enjoy each attend of the course.

Cashier tried to Rob me out of $100.
After we came back from our tour she sent a message for me to see her, then she showed me a fake $ 100 Bill telling me that I'm the one gave it to her and I was the only one paid in cash

Then I asked her if i can review the cameras then she backed off. Be careful if you paying cash and always for a receipt.

My husband and I had an awesome time during the ATV + waterfall tour! Our tour guide Jose showed us a good time and also told us about some of the history of Costa Rica which was quite interesting. He took our photos and everything. It's well worth the $80 pp. We were able to see the Tucan sam looking birds, cows, horses and iguanas during the tour. At the end we were given fresh fruit that was delicious. Wear clothes and shoes you don't mind get messed up because you will get dirty!!

First let me say this is nothing against the people or their ability to have a job. This is to tell of my experience there. I was severely injured on the 9th zipline (fastest one) in July. Complete knee dislocation, 2/4 ligaments torn, torn hamstring, crushed tibia. There was no protocol to get me to the ground, no emergency plan, no ambulance. Took a van to urgent care, life flight to San Jose and flew back to US and have had 2 surgeries in 2 months, still unable to walk. I'm looking at a year long recovery and could have lost my leg. If 2 of my family members hadn't been in the medical field I'm not sure what would've happened. I read online that the hand braking used there requires "practice and proper training" and the bungee brake is not for commercial use. I hit the bungee brake with such force my leg flew up and got stuck on the wire causing all the damage. Freak accident for sure but I believe this is very dangerous and want others to be aware.

Excellent guides for both zip lining and ATV tour (including a trip to a waterfall). Would absolutely recommend and visit again! The guides were knowledgable, friendly, fun and patient. Our only issue was with payment. Unfortunately, we were not told that we had to pay at our hotel instead of at the zip line location. This caused some frustration as we had to rush back to the hotel between activities. We arrived back at the location with plenty of time, but the people at the front desk did not allow us to have the lunch that we had already payed for. Pretty frustrating as this negative interaction took away from the otherwise awesome day. We would have liked some kind of compensation and/or apology.

11 Ziplines, quick pace, versatiliy that allows you to zipline with tricks i.e upside down, spiderman, and the cost is manageable. Friendly and personable guides who seem very experienced. Great experience!

I (Sherry) went with my husband, daughters, cousins and a friend for the horseback riding, waterfall tour. It was so wonderful that I went back for zip lining. Something I always wanted to do but was reluctant. After the first visit, I thought, I can zip line here. Clean, courteous and beautiful. This was a phenomenal experience. I highly recommend it to everyone. It really rounded out our Costa Rican experience.

I'll give this a five stars for the experience. The photo package leaves a little to be desired. But the experience and the views were awesome!

Pros: Inexpensive. Close to the Marriott resort (10 min). Very friendly and experienced staff. Views were amazing. The zip lines were novice-friendly. The ride up was pretty quick.

Cons: For 5 people, the picture package was $66. What it included was 5 printed pictures and a DVD of one group picture and several shots from one vantage. It would have been better if they took pictures at a few different spots while you were there. However, I understand that that would not have been as easy to do.
