This place was amazing!!! Our concierge made everything so easy and fun would definitely recommend staying here! So much wild life we saw monkeys iguanas and slorha everywhere on the property
Nice high end rent-a-house development. We rented a three room house. Well equipped, well maintained. We saw red macaws flying by. There's a bus to a small semi private beach (there are no private beaches in Costa Rica), service is ok. We loved the free kayaks provided with rows and safety vests, and the friendly and helpful staff at the beach. There were not enough parking spaces for everybody so we parked roadside. Staff called, we explained, non issue. We appreciated that. Overall, a good experience without problems.
Outstanding service and location- Great bar staff and lovely beach. Gary our concierge was brilliant and made our stay even better.
Loved this place! Found a group of monkeys on our walk to the beach. Saw a Sloth and her little baby. Everyone who works there is happy and helpful. I hope to come here again with my kids in the future.
An exquisite resort with a beautiful location; private beach and a rainforest filled with monkeys, toucan, and scarlet macaws right off the porch! (dont feed the MONKEYS!)
Great place. Wildlife everywhere. Great staff. Highly recommend the place
The employees are excellent and friendly, from the maids, to the drivers and waiters and our concierge was absolutely the best!. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. They also have their own private beach with staff on hand to serve you. With many different size properties to rent it is the perfect solution for any family or group. We stayed in the Mirazul house which sleeps up to 12. The house is gorgeous with stunning views.
Our accommodation was superb. We couldn't have asked for a better concierge. Chris ensured we had everything we would need from groceries in our room to excellent dining recommendations. Can't wait to come back, will be for longer next year.
Our experience at Tulemar was fantastic. Our concierge took care of dinner reservations and the hotel and restaurant staff was impeccable. The views from our bungalow were beyond compare and nothing will beat a sloth hanging in a tree outside our room windows, or spider monkeys chasing each other through the trees. The only difficulty we encountered was the steep pathways that made exploring the resort somewhat difficult. There is a shuttle service which is prompt and professional to aid in getting around the resort. The area surrounding the resort (Manuel Antonio/ Quepos) is fantastic. The nightlife, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Taxis run often to and from Quepos. Overall we had a fantastic experience at Tulemar Bungalows & Vistas and most definitely would return!

Beautiful grounds. Great service. Our personal concierge Andres took care of everything from restaurants to ATVs. He was amazing. Each thing he booked came with a personal text asking how it was. Each person working here is courteous, friendly and helpful. Views from the bungalows were fantastic. Private beach, multiple pools, hiking trails, cloths, monkeys and lizards. This is the place to stay.
Tulemar is a great place to experience Costa Rica and Manuel Antonio National Park. Our kids, ages 9 and 5, had an amazing experience. They enjoyed the pools and the beach. We were able to see animal wildlife right from our balcony- including monkeys and macaws- and around the hotel property- sloths, squirrels and tons of birds. Our concierge was Andres, and he made sure that our plans were taken care of every day. We could not have asked for a better experience. We can't wait to visit again!
Great and comfortable accommodations. Amazing wildlife, a variety of sloths and monkeys come just about to your villa. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the on-site benefits like trails, pools, and shuttles are quite handy.
Had a wonderful 5-day stay here in one of the bungalows. The views are spectacular, the staff friendly and helpful, and the private beach was great and even more appreciated after experiencing the many, many vendors renting or selling everything from beach chairs to coconut water on the public beach.
There's also a ton of wildlife on property. We were met by capuchin monkeys hanging out on our balcony, had a mother and baby sloth in the tree above us at the beach, and saw toucans, macaws, howler monkeys, squirrel monkeys, iguanas and more during our stay.
We also really appreciated the service at the beach - getting us setup with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards and kayaks.
My trip at tulemar was amazing. The staff at resort made the experience that much better. I would like to give a big thanks to Michael Abarca for his hospitality & kindness. Pura Vida!
Great views, great staff and overall a good experience. The walking between spots is a bit cumbersome. Also the staff can be a tad disconnected about wait times and directions if your leaving the property. Overall I would recommend this place for groups and families because the value is great for the space and facility but don't expect overt luxury. You will have a great room but you will have to walk and shop to make this magic.
