Very nice accommodations, very good food. Close to the top but not quite the Kura (near Uvita) Costa Rica

Beautiful hotel with a reserve on their own land, with a big Scarlett macaw protect program. Beautiful macaws always flying around. Stuff are all very nice. Food is good. There is one thing they can improve is to make there service more professional. But I don’t think it’s a big problem. Here in a small town. They have done their best. You can ask any request, they are trying to help.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, I'm so glad we stayed here. The staff went out of their way to be extra nice, even going so far as packing a little bag from the restaurant with some goodies for the road after we were already checked out. Great location and very nice (if a little unconventional) room.

Very nice hotel but questionable restaurant. Food is not sophisticated and interesting compared to the high-level of the hotel

Wonderful Costa Rican food, hotel amenities, and location. Staff fell all over themselves to be helpful and arrange activities for us. (Whoever gave this place only one star wasn't there)

Beautiful setting. Not quite luxury standard, but very comfortable, with good service. Very good restaurant

Absolutrly beautiful hotel and grounds. As we floated in the infinity pool, a troop of some 30 pygmy monkeys csme streaming down the trees durind sunset. The maccaw rehabitation center is a must see.
The restaurant food was very good. But the entire hotel stsff were wonderful
    We plan yo return.

Incredibly poor. Not a 5 star hotel. The bathroom was dirty. The stairs were rusty. There were old water stains on the floor at the door and water penetration signs on the ceilings in the room which the management had tried to paint over. This was and is a very bad experience. I would not recommend this hotel nor Expedia through which the booking was made.

The entire staff and surrounding area and wildlife are amazing. Daniel at the bar was especially awesome.
