Nice view, good service, clean rooms, fair WiFi coverage, good cocktail prices, 5 minute drive to Koepos and 10 minute to Manual Antonio beach with the bus for 315,- collones. Koepos is a good city to visit for shopping and restaurants. There are also various ATMs.

Clean, quiet, and good food. Staff are friendly and helpful. Most rooms have good views. The standard rooms are tucked away to the side of the hotel, offer no view, and are very basic - they are not worth the cost.

I'm going to keep it simple. We booked our stay, cancelled within the allotted amount of time for a full refund, but were charged the full amount for the stay. We have been trying to get our money back for EIGHT MONTHS. Each time we are told we will receive our refund in 1-2 weeks. Still no refund. Completely ridiculous. DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE.

We booked a stay here for April 21-23, we were unable to make it to the hotel for our visit and cancelled the reservation well within the free cancellation timeline (we booked our stay through Expedia). However, on April 30th we were charged for the rooms. So I emailed the hotel directly about needing a refund, no response. So, I emailed again, and again no response. I contacted Expedia to see if they could assist me in getting a refund. It is now September and Expedia has spoken with the hotel manager FOUR times. Each time they say I should get my refund in a couple weeks. Not only have I not received my refund, I haven't been contacted at all by the hotel, no email, no phone calls, nothing.
They are just waiting for me to give up. I will NEVER give up! I want my money back!

The price was overvalued, there are several other options with much cheaper and more clean than this hotel. The rooms were old and not clean. The beds were noisy. There is an unpleasant smell in the room. The breakfast was only pinnable and watermelon plus coffee and toast. The pool was closed. I could not use the wifi because of the weak signal.

Nice place, good views of the bay and beaches from a distance. Not close to anything. Rooms comfortable and breakfast included. Watch the monkeys raid the breakfast table!

Staff was very friendly, Edgar at reception and our bartender, Jose both stood out as exceptional. Our room had picturesque views of the ocean we'll definitely return.
