This hotel is wonderful; friendly staff, good facilities for a relaxing comfortable stay. Very close to both Playa Carillio and Playa Samara. Very good continental breakfast; cereal, toast (three amazing jam or jellies) fresh fruit, beans & rice, and pancakes.
The menu has some vegetarian options; the salads are delicious.

There is a bus stop right next to the hotel, takes about 10 minutes to get into Samara. Or about 30-45 minute walk along the beach (depending on the tide).

If you want a comfortable, quiet stay, I would recommend this boutique hotel.

Nice rooms, extremely helpful people at the reception, and right location in between both beaches. Might not be the right choice if you don't have a car.

A little gem between Samara and (much better) Carrillo beaches. Very beautifully decorated and yet very practical boutique hotel with AC in each room and ceiling fan (if you prefer fresh air at night like me). Amazing dinner or lunch is served on premises by request. But most importantly, outstanding service from Luis who does everything to make your stay exceptional.

Very nice, small hotel with central swimming pool and breakfast/dining area. We had a 2 bedroom family appartment, right next to the swimming pool, so we only had to open our terrace door to jump in! Host Gary was very welcoming and service minded, and has a good sense of humour. The broken lock on the terrace door was repaired instantly and the espresso coffee tasted very well. The location is fine, some 5 km outside Samara on the main coastal road, almost next to Carillo beach. The only downside is that the restaurant only serves diner now and then outside the high season, and that drinks are available only during the day and after finding someone to help you. All in all, highly recommended!

Fabulous duplex rooms with kitchen and balcony overlooking the pool. Great cocktails, awareness of the environment by providing sarongs instead of towels, walking distance to a gorgeous beach for sundowners. Love it. Thanks.

Very nice facilities. Clean, modern and efficient. Beautiful beaches short walks away, with fabulous sunsets; lots of great places tucked away, town is just close enough to get supplies or to eat out, but not obtrusive.

Wonderful place to stay while in the Samara - Carrillo region. Calm, secure and clean, lots of vegetation and amenities. Only 12 units in the complex so it's very calm. You are a couple of minutes walking distance from Playa Samara and Playa Carrillo, two of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica.
