The best meal we've had in Costa Rica. Perfect prime with a side salad good enough to be a main dish, plus great steak fries. My filet mignon salad was delicious. The presentation was flawless, as was the service.
Neither of were able to finish our meal even though we both have big appetites. The atmosphere and service was top notch and the bill was great.
Funny to say, but check out the restrooms too!
We will be back.

Literally one of the best meals I have ever enjoyed. The good was amazing. The staff was so friendly. After restaurant after restaurant of mediocre food this was beyond amazing. Shrimp in garlic butter, grilled veggies, mashed potatoes, lobster, filet mignon calendar and very inexpensive compared to us is seafood prices or just prices in general.

Great experience and really a pretty view since the ocean is across the street. Be warned, this place is very expensive compared to other restaurants around, it was twice as much as we paid everywhere else, but we believe it was worth the price. The steak was very tender and the sauce was a flavored tomato sauce, very good. We also had calamari and veggie skewers. I would recommend this ass your nice meal in town, the service, experience and food is worth it!

Place is very nice itself, sea view, nature with lovely surprises (there are sloths coming down from the trees inside the restaurant). Food is good, I would just say (personal taste) to much spiced. Service is good too, but the final check charges you of additional 12$ (service and local taxes).

Great dining experience here for dinner with our 1 year old son. Staff was friendly and attentive. Scene was pleasantly upscale for this small beach town yet not stuffy. Food was good too. We even got to see the resident sloth which apparently makes frequent night appearances.

Great service and food. They catered to our large group and every need. Food was pricy, but with very large portions we could have easily shared a plate. At the end of the meal they brought our group of 9 free strawberry shots. Great fun.

What a surprise to find such a gem where you least expect it. I went back three nights in a row. Loved their fresh spiny Caribbean lobster brought in daily by the local fishermen across the street. Cooked to perfection. Loved their cocktails too. The bartender sure knows what he is doing. Always busy so be prepared for a short wait by the bar but well worth it. We’ll be back for sure. Pura Vida!

Best Place in Town! Hands down. Great food, people, music, ambiance and service. Wide range of cocktails and a master mixer captaining the bar. Try one of the many gin tonic fusions. A must visit.

Such a beautiful place to come for drinks and stay for dinner. The ocean view from the restaurant makes it a sought after spot. The restaurant exudes the vacation laid back yet sophisticated vibe. The staff are also very friendly and wonderful. The food is definitely one of the best I have had in Puerto Viejo. The seafood ceviche and mussels in tomato sauce is delightful and the red snapper is prefection with its carribean flare. The only downfall of this place is the I find the prices are high. But definitely worth visiting for a special night in town.

THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN! After visiting Puerto Viejo many times KOKI BEACH is my #1 food and entertainment destination. The food is excellent with a very extensive farm to table menu. Very fresh with seasonal fruits and vegetables. Love the seafood selection as well. The overall attention to detail, perfect customer service, best Playlist I've heard in puerto viejo, great cuisine and ambiancemakes KOKI BEACH a standout!

My son and I went to Kokis for dinner one night and when we got there we had to wait for a few minutes because we didn't make a reservation. When seated we had a little talk with the host, which was wonderful. Once we ordered we waited about twenty minutes then we got food that was not ours so then we had to wait about another ten minutes then they brought the right food and it was wonderful.

Highly recommended however be prepared to wait - not a place to eat if you are short of time.

We went there Last night. We had chips with salsa and quacamole as shared starter. Followed by a sea brass filet and a mixed seafood platter (It had too much sauce for my personal taste so that it's the only thing you taste). All in all it was quiet good but very pricey. Service was good. Take note that prices on menu are without taxes and service - so add 23% on listed Prices !!

The food was excellent, the waitstaff was courteous, and the location itself was great. The whole front is open and really a great place for a small group to chill and have a few drinks. Oh, if you have dessert I recommend the banana in a box. Mighty tasty.

Place is about as hip and trendy as it gets here. Tries a bit to hard with the techno trance music but it is a nice place. Decent food and drinks that are over priced. Worth a visit, but this is not really where you should be going more than once.
