  Its like a hostel: they called a standard room. Breakfast is included. Kitchen/stove is provided if you want to cook. Everything is minimumly basic. A very dusty, long walk to the beach: 1st to the small downtown street, then turn left for 2 blocks to beach.
  Staff was very friendly 1st. Then he pressed my credit card charge slip, have me signed it blank to authorize any charges (I've paid for the reservation from online booking). Scary! He said it's his country's way doing businesses, that everyone else who checked in has signed a blank credit card charge slip
