Decent place, but you have to walk 10 minutes to get to the swimming beach. Be warned, it is very noisy late at night due to local bars, and there were lots of bugs in the room. Very nice people though, abd good restaurant, I would just rather stay on a swimming beach.

Just for the restaurant. We were lucky enough to get street parking right in front of the restaurant. We sat out on the yard/patio and the view is great as well as the food. Someone came out to check on us after we had been served food. Not sure if it was a chef or manager but that is always a step above from a service perspective.

Nice quaint place with very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms just across from the beach - seen easily from the restaurant!!! The manager is very friendly and helpful with suggestions for ATV tour of five beaches and massages on the beach! All were fabulous! We plan to go back!

Hidden gem right on the beach. It's not a resort it has very simple rooms but that's part of the charm. Very friendly staff. Extremely affordable rooms and you fall asleep and wake up hearing the waves (and a rooster or 2)

Clean rooms, far too expensive restaurant connected to the hotel, so we had just one very expensive breakfast there, and went instead to the sodas nearby the rest of our stay. The best place to stay if you would like to stay near Playa Conchal, but very noisy surroundings, so do not expect much sleep.

As the other reviews say, not a lot of options in Brasilito and thank goodness this is a good one. $54 a night for two people, nice sized room with fan, A/C, hot water, towels and right in front of the beach. There's an onsite restaurant and about 4 more withing 50 mtrs, including a little super market.
Great for the every day traveler looking for just a few comforts better than the place we stayed in Tamarindo. Receptionist is from California.
The cats and roosters in the area create quite the racket throughout the night.response / report this review -

The hotel is clean and the price is good. the rooms do smell a bit musty. There are roosters that will wake you up at dawn and we also heard some locals talking across the street. The ambiance is nice and the restaurant/bar has good food and a nice vibe.

Me and my girlfriend had such a good time here! The staff was so friendly and helpful! The atmosphere is awesome and the hotel was within just a few steps of the beach!
There is a restaurant there as well and the food was absolutely great and the people who work there are also very kind.

Super clean rooms, excellent staff, had an ocean view room. Only top is to bring ear plugs the roosters are loud early in the morning.
