  Beautiful grounds, staff is great and awesome breakfast. Wall are a bit thin so you can hear things at night. Aside from that I will def stay again in this place.

  I had such a wonderful time at Casa Conde a couple of years ago that I decided to stay a second time when I returned. Some things are exactly the same (prompt service, extremely friendly staff, fantastic views, well kept grounds, everyone very helpful) and some things have changed (it's all inclusive now food, drinks, snacks, etc.). The property is spread out so that you never feel overcrowded and it's beach front is breath-taking! I will be back

  Nice hotel, two big pools. Some of the staff are great (at the restaurant ask for Miguel the waiter) others less. Tour booking possible in the lobby with TicoTours Guanacaste.
  Swimming in the sea is possible but there are jellyfish. Food is great!

  Very nice hotel , good food and very friendly staff
  also the two big pools were great. Garry the pool
  bartender was great and spoke good english.
