This is a suitable hotel if you are in transit to the aiport and you need a short stay. There is nothing around the hotel and you cannot walk anywhere if you need anything. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The pool area does not have enough lounge chairs. It is a very convenient 5 min drive to the airport.

This is a nice reprieve after spending time in nosara, the service here is fast and friendly. The rooms are beautiful, the upkeep and maintenance on the hotel is fantastic, outdoor pool was sparkling and the perfect temperature. Tons of options on the room service menu - not too many options in the areas for hotels but this one is great!!!

Oooh, such wonderful beds! Perfect down pillows! Snuggly sheets! Carpeted floors--no sandals needed. Comfy bathtub for soaking sore feet after sandy beaches. Large, pristine swimming pool complemented by comfy chairs, tables, & loungers. Courteous, efficient staff. Timely elevators. Clean. 5 minutes from the Liberia airport makes it the perfect last stop before flying home.

This is a nice new hotel If you've ever stayed at a Hilton Garden then you know what to expect Normal chain hotel stuff The staff is friendly and speaks enough English to get you what you need Breakfast is not complementary But it is available. full restaurant and bar and you can literally throw a baseball on to the landing strip of Liberia Airport It is that close.

We arrived with another couple upon check-in the clerk arranged to have us be on the same floor. Great we thought. Because of the location of the hotel the first thing we did was open the windows to see what we expected to be a fantastic view of the surroundings..what we got was a view of hotel air conditioner system. When we asked to be moved..We were informed that it was not possible. We paid the same as others who had a much better view. That sorta ruined our experience . The pool was awesome, food was good everything else was awesome. Service was otherwise great. Shuttle to airport was great too.

Beds are comfortable, staff is friendly. Restaurant was good. Its a great place of you need to catch an early flight out of Liberia. There isn't much around other than the hotel and the airport, that's the only downside. Free shuttle to the airport.

The experience was great, everything went as expected and you get what you want from a Hilton hotel experience. My only issue was the dinner menu which didn't have the best food, however the breakfast made up for it in the morning. All in all, it was a nice hotel and I was satisfied with my stay.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms with comfy beds, and delicious meals in the dining room, including the huge breakfast buffet. The kids loved the fresh fruit smoothies and the waffle maker! The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was much appreciated.

My boyfriend and I stay here for extended periods of time while we are working nearby part of the year. We absolutely love staying here. The staff is super friendly, the bed is super comfortable, wifi is reliable, there is AC and a nice shower. It's super convenient staying here especially with it being 5 mins from the airport. If you are looking for a spot where you can get a good nights rest and feel super comfortable, this is the place!

The staff and hotel were really nice. No complaints there. I have to say though, the convenience store charges were beyond unreasonable. 8 bucks for a bottle of water, 10 bucks for a bag of chips? This isn’t the fault of staff so I still give em 5 stars. Extremely pleasant to our family and the pool was great

The room was pretty standard. Clean and nice. The staff was definitely a highlight, very courteous, knew about our tour group, and even called us to inform us of a change to the itinerary. The restaurant was quite good both for dinner and breakfast.

Si piensan que es muy prestigioso este hotel, estarías en conflicto. Tiene olor a humedad por la carpeta y te cobran por todo. Hice una llamada local por una pizza y me cobraron 5$ por marcar. Revisamos el teléfono por información sobre esto y no encontramos nada. No planeo el regreso a un Hilton por un tiempo. Espero que mi experiencia haya sido informativa.

Great place to stay a night or two, bed was nice, rooms are clean. Landry exercise equipment and pool. Only 4 stars cause there is nothing around if you don't have a car

It was an overall great experience The weight room was very clean and nice. The entire hotel was clean and was up to date. All of the staff that was working there were all fantastic and did their jobs very, very well. The location is beautiful all-around. The rooms were amazing and clean. Overall, a perfect experience.

Coming in to the airport late, the hotel had a shuttle ready and waiting for us, which was so nice and convenient. The hotel is newly constructed and is very modern. The rooms were very comfortable and the restaurant/bar had excellent service (get the ceviche). I thought their pool was really nice and the landscaping was very well maintained. It was also really easy to catch a quick cab ride into downtown Liberia. Overall, great experience.

Very good as usual. Very convinient location from the airport, not so from other food optio s. Therefore the hotel restaurant needs a better and larger lunch and dinner menu. However, Breakfast buffet is the tops!

I'm only going to talk about one thing in this review as I believe it's unforgivable for a hotel that charges the rates that this hotel are charging. The a/c units in the rooms are the loudest I have ever come across. It's as if a helicopter is landing in your room and you are getting a breeze courtesy of the propellers.
There are other things I dislike about this hotel (the bathroom door handle falling off in my hand when trying to close it comes to mind), however since I am already at 1 star and can't go lower I won't bother mentioning them.
The market is wide open for a nice hotel to come to this location and take all of the business away from this place.

The first time we stayed in this hotel we had a great experience. The second time, we had no hot water. We had to call more than 3 times and wait over an hour. The hot water is still not fixed. Over $150 room for one night with no hot water. No thanks.

We were disappointed with our night stay, the staff were lovely and accommodating but the room was very average at least it was clean, except the old aircon unit which was so loud hardly got any sleep but room was so hot couldn't sleep without it. The food in restaurant was extremely over priced and not nice at all. We are glad we stayed only for a night before heading to our resort

Hotel is nice. People at the front desk could be friendlier. Rooms are a 4 out of 5. The restaurant is below par 2 out of 5. poor service. Over an hour just to take a food order.. if you have kids this could be an issue.

The only hotel close to the airport. Decent hotel for overnight stay. Clean rooms. Restaurant downtairs the service was extremely poor. Food was super expensive. When we went down to eat, the only choice was buffet which was the quality of fast food. We asked.for the a la carte menu but we were told it was not available. And it should have been because that is what their front desk had said. We ended up paying $25 for extremely low quality fast food.

Nice hotel, conveniently located. Very courteous staff, good food (particularly breakfast) and many services can be found right there through their concierge.
Very good rooms with the traditional Hilton-style beds and "sleepware".

This room was very clean, shower was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Has a gift shop on site which also sells the basic hygiene products. Restaurant has an good menu selection for adults and children as well has crayons and stuff to help keep them occupied. Overall a good hotel for a fair price.
