Beautiful place! Only a few units total, so you aren't going to be overrun by neighbors. Right by the volcano so you get an awesome view (if the fog clears, that is). The staff was way helpful, able to work with us on anything we asked. Also knew English enough to understand us haha. Great 0lace, I'd go back for sure!

Lovely hotel with clean, spacious rooms, outdoor pool, and included breakfast! The grounds are beautiful and lush, with lots of birds flying around. Staff are great about helping you book activities and transportation. Supermarket right next door and tons of restaurants nearby. GREAT value for the price and for us, preferable to the fancy, expensive hotels.

    Great location!
Good restaurants and a supermarket just a few steps away from hotel. Friendly staff, great for families, clean and cozy. Your stay includes breakfast, I liked the traditional gallo pinto. It’s a small hotel but it offers many amenities!

A very reasonably priced hotel where the owners have created a lovely garden oasis in the middle of town. Rooms with balconies overlooking the pool and gardens which are looked after with loving care.
Breakfasts lovely, lots of fresh fruit and well worth ordering the traditional breakfast. Hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Great hotel will stay again! Pool is perfect for kids, not too shallow, not too deep, great for adults too. Owners are delightful and welcoming. We opted for massages and breakfast every morning. Both were delightful. Can't wait to come back!

Whilst the accommodation may be on the basic side, it provides comfortable sleeping in a quiet area. Our room was equipped with a fridge, air conditioning and most importantly hot water for a shower. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the services they provide exceptional. A gym, computers to use, free bicycle hire and a free laundry service. The bike hire is useful as you're quite a bit from the town centre. Walking down in the evening is no problem but I would advise getting a taxi from the Square back up the road as it should only cost around $3

Nothing spectacular, but a good room and good service.

The front desk thought we had paid the wrong price (1 vs 2 people), but I showed the current website quote, and he took that immediately. The next morning he caught us at breakfast, apologized for the confusion (he had forgotten that off-season pricing had started), and paid for our breakfast.

If you get back late and the gates are closed, they're just unlocked and there's a security guard watching.
