The hotel has to be the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely nice and the food was good. The two for one happy hour was light in their pours.

Friendly helpful staff clean with modern conveniences and great location. Fare rates with good restaurant and bars and nice pool and jacuzzis. I will definitely make this one of my stops on a regular basis when in this area

This is a great place to stay in La Fortuna. Great views, wonderful staff, hot tubs, pool and a good restaurant. No complaints whatsoever. The junior suit is worth it and offered a lot of room for our family with kids. Rooms were clean, and the whole grounds were well taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a hotel in La Fortuna.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Extremely good and good value massage packages for couples. Restaurant is a bit soulless but there are plenty of others to choose from in La Fortuna.

Great hotel! Beautiful rooms, great swim up bar, outside areas are absolutely gorgeous. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind to us. Carlos (I believe his name was) went way out of his way to help me out. Only thing that could be improved was the breakfast. But overall, 5 stars.

Really like this place! Clean rooms, nice pools including hot tubs and a hot wet bar pool. Great launching off place for tours/excursions with helpful staff. Amazing volcano views from every room. Construction addition appears almost complete and looks to be a promising addition.

Overall a good value and location. The staff at the restaurant and at check-in were very nice. Although we did have issues getting towels for the pool and to shower. We also had a dripping a/c unit, but it was cold air. Despite these things I would go back.

    Not amused

Nice view of volcano. Good news stops here. The hotel was right next to a building site because the hotel was expanding. The noise doesn't stop until the evening. The breakfast was very basic and not appropriate considering the high price per night. If your room number is either 303 or 304, you can look forward to dealing with swarms of moths and mosquitoes. This is because the lamp at the side of the building cannot be switched off, at least not before 9pm and even after pointing out this issue to the head of the staff nothing was done.

There are better hotels not far away. Unless your like insects, do yourself a favor and avoid Magic Mountain. While I'm writing this a moth crawls across the screen.
