Our condo was just steps from the beach! Beach was soft sand and almost private the only bar/restaurant was closed. The pools were nice but the beach took all our attention!

Just arrived yesterday afternoon and am loving it. The condo is lovely and having the beach in the front yard is fabulous. Love falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves crashing onto the shore. I would definitely return.

Great condos in a quiet secure beautiful location north side of Flamingo ! Super vacation rentals with a private beach and lap pool with awesome views.

The condos are ok, 4 stars. The construction of the buildings and the pools and wet bar are very very outdated. Perhaps over 20 years old. The service isn't bad but there is no too much to offer anyway. The beach is private and ok for toplless or even nudity if you are into that. If not it is an average hotel. If visiting Costa Rica try something else, it would be better

Great little resort! Clean rooms, clean pool, chairs generally available by the pool, beautiful beach just a few steps away, sunsets daily! My wife and I stayed here on the all-inclusive package and we enjoyed the food and beverages that the friendly staff served. Although there are only two restaurants, the menus are large so we ate different items all the time. This would be a great place to bring a family as the resort is quaint and the kids pool area is joined to the main pool, so parents can keep an eye on kids.

I go there once or twice a year, as I have a membership there. It was nice and quiet during the off-season. Well kept, but older facility. Nice private, small beach. The Monkey Bar was closed.

Quiet since the Monkey Bar was shuttered. Love the private beach, swam early every morning. Have kayaks and other toys to use for free plus laundry service. Walk to all the conveniences. Great view, updated room. Nice staff.
