We found this place on Airbnb and got a good price for it so our expectations were not high. The units have potential but they are poorly maintained and need of serious repairs. The place is walking distance to the beach and beside a popular pizza restaurant "Señor Pizza" There is a cockroach problem in these units at the kitchen but if you leave every counter clean and garbage closed or out of the unit they weren't around at the end of our trip. If you are on a budget, this is a good location in Playas del Coco

It is a room with attached bathroom in a double room apartment, with shared kitchen and common dinning room. Two familiar beds in each bedroom. Price depends on the days, very expensive on weekends. Kitchenware is correctly provided, plates, bowls and glasses are plastic. Oven, microwave, blender, electric rice boiler.
Swimming pool is very clean. Parking. Our bathroom smell a lot, almost unusable. Humidity on the walls. Fan and AC in the bedrooms
The woman in charge is so friendly and helpful.

Hidden little nice place, with a backyard full of nature and nice little balcones, included b-fast, near to a Pizza place, Seafood restaurant and supermarket, 5 minutes by car from Coco's Town!
Bring your own "panos" "towels" they doesn't have this service yet.
Very much, very dissapointed with the "cucarachas" in the kitchen, bathrooms and rooms.

Not well run, but good value for the $40 I paid, four double beds in two rooms, plus full kitchen and living room, AC(weak), and Wi-Fi(weak again)

No está mal, pero el mantenimiento de las cabinas podría mejor, no me quejo la verdad el lugar es espacioso y cuenta con bastantes comodidades pero hay una que otra cosa que podría mejorarse
