  Where do I start. I was under the impression that the house you were renting was the whole house. It was not, it was the basement of the house. Second, it was so very awkward, we could hear them talking and moving chairs around. When our two adopted African American children came out of the car, the white woman became discussed. She left and slammed her door to the upper part of her house, when she heard the children laughing. We felt so unwelcome that we left early. We infact canceled the rest of our trip in Costa Rica, and are now flying back to Houston. I doubt we'll use AirBnB again, nor would be recommend working with Emily (Hector is fine). I'm sorry our children upset you so much. I give a two star rating for two reasons, the apartment is VERY CLEAN, and Hector is very sweet, I can't say the same for Emily.
