Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Excellent French fusion cuisine. Very friendly and helpful staff. A chance to experience the jungle on your own in their private reserve. Lovely garden full of birds. A fantastic place to stay.

Very nice eco hotel. The food was eccentric but very good. We brought our kids along but there wasn't really the amenities we hoped for them. Actually, my wife and I are under 40 and we were next youngest visitors in the hotel after our kids.

This hotel is fantastic; incredible views, gardens, private trail through the jungle, friendly staff, good food, etc. However, we had two issues during our stay; 1- the walls are paper-thin and they're are no true closing windows overlooking the garden. As such, you will hear everything going on in your neighbors room, especially if they have loud children. 2- the meals are pre-prepared and delicious but if you don't like what they offer, too bad.

This is a ecofriendly hotel, it is located in calm place and sorrounded by pure nature. Very nice hotel.

Excellent! Go there and explore the rain forrest, hike to rio celeleste, just relax in the lodge or meet the founder of the lodge, Joel, who showed us the beautiful frogs in his garden.

A must visit when traveling through Costa Rica! Fabulous staff, Owner and accommodations. The road in is a little bumpy but so worth the location and view once you get to the Lodge. Wonderful concept of Natural and Eco Living. Just minutes from the Celeste River tour with packed eco delicious lunch's prepared just for us at arrival. Beautiful gardens and knowledge of self sustainability. Owner is a gem of knowledge on Costa Rican culture. Dinner made especially for our palette was hands down the best meal of our trip! We will be back!

This place is pretty amazing - almost worth the crazy road you have to cross to get there (actually there are two routes, each worse than the other) Super awesome view, amazingly well kept rooms, working wifi, the owner is very friendly (and supremely knowledgeable in Costa Rican tourism) and the food is pretty epic too. Still it's about 5km from the hiking start point for the Rio Celeste waterfall, but I guess you couldn't be here unless you had a 4x4 anyway
